Why you reduce the maximum limit for top up by visa to 10 rials.. please leave it 20 at least.. everything in the program are very fine and excellent exept this issue, please fix it

Finger print login is not working, it ask for fingerprint then it recognizes it successfully then it get me back to login screen again and keep me in a loop

The latest update doesn't allow me to top up, please do the needful to fix

I can not sign up,it says the number you have entered already exist, my phone number already used?

It's sad...Login issues. I can imagine what would happen after you actually log in and what kind of issues you will face. And this is from the largest telecom company in the country. I try to save the environment as much as possible but I think I will just go back to paper based.

I can't track my usage of data. I can't track the current month's expense. Everything is shown as zero. Because of this, i unknowingly exceeded the data limit of my package. I know omantel customer care is of no use. I have tried at omantel outlets, call centres and email. Nothing works. Just have to live with it. Wish old version was available. At least i could get everything i needed.

Dear Support Kindly rectify the issue of login.I am not able to login since updated with new version.Dated 06 July 2016 Still Issue persist after new update.Just update with new version It a bullsheet, pathetic. Dated 18th July 2016 same problem persist after updating kindly rectify the issue or remove your application from play store. Its harassing so much.

Very very poor application. Total waste of time. Better to go back to previous older version which was working fine. It is a shame for Omantel that they are unable to fix this simple problem for so many months.

I'm only able to login one time, then next time I need to reset the password, which again will be able to login for one time then have to reset the password again and so on. app removed no need to waste time when the developer don't care or don't know what to do.

Error generating one time pin even entering the correct OT while registering for new user. Deserve less than one One star until the issue fixed.

It just says that there was a problem with the sign up without specifying the problem/issue. How am I supposed to fix the problem without me knowing the problem.

Only shows remaining data and doesn't show remaining minutes and sms for baqati plans. Also ugly user interface

Besides the fact that it has next to no added value, everything that could go wrong does go wrong.. from registration to log in to password reset

App is not good....we expect more recharge offers...not user friendly too....options of plans are missing

Can't see Hayyak's call and SMS history. It show error massage " No data found"

I cannot login with the username and password I used to have before. The password is correct but still cannot login. Even cannot login on your website. Cannot use my old credentials to login nor can I receive a new password nor can I register. This one deserves a 0 star

After install the new version log in failed. I didnt change the password

التطبيق لا يعمل وذلك بإظهار خطأ عند انشاء (OTP) و كل مرة ادخل نفس الرقم و نفس الرسالة تظهر لي حدث" خطأ اثناء ادخال او انشاء كلمة المرور". أتمنى من القائمين على التطبيق تطويره في اقرب وقت ممكن.

An improvement on the older version which belonged to last century..i use it to pay all my bills. Needs to be more stable but it is expected with all new apps.

To App developers, I an not able to complete the registration cause of OTP. I entered OTP number received and a message appear indicating that there was an error OTP No. I had repeated the same process many times with the same issue.... Solve it please.

Same problem as other people. OTP error when trying to register. Using a Galaxy S7.

Need more improve, otherwise it is good to have applications like this that saved time.
