Update--04/01/17__ Nov functions even worse than before. Camera causing device crashes constantly. Every other picture is a device or app crash. Or a hangup for 10-15 minutes. Tested on factory new galaxy s7 edge. Runs even worse than when it was brand new. Forced to use this app for work, it is undoubtedly the worst app I've ever had the misfortune of having to use. Constantly crashes, doesn't update, doesn't save pictures for reports half of the time, have to delete and redownload each time I want to update. If you're thinking of using this. Get a dispatcher and have your guards do reports after shift. It'll turn out better than this mess. Update:2/19/17 has gotten progressively worse. Application has been uninstalled reinstalled numerous times. Issue is not exclusive to one device. Having reports entirely disappear while the pictures remain on the device. The images will take up space on the device but cannot be accessed or viewed. -5/5 because Google won't allow me to rate negative Stars I'll go ahead and just rate is here with a negative 5 out of 5

The app is good, though it devours your devices battery. The customer support team is fantastic, responsive, and friendly.

Slows billing down tremendously.....make life harder

When taking pics in app it takes about 20 pics when just pushing camera button once

Well established. As any scripted project things need to be updated constantly so that doesn't bother me....as an employee of Citywide Security Services in Las Vegas, I personally find this app to be extremely convenient. It's nice to have an all in 1 electronic software..no paper and pencils. Basically this app has all the necessary categories to fill the needs of my career all in 1 location.

Would like to see a repo program integration.

I have been using this application for several years now. I have seen it progress into the program it is today. As with any software suite or program designed as a reporting software they cannot anticipate the needs of every single customer that comes in and make a one-size-fits-all. I understand that and they have work to customize this software to work perfectly for my company. The people at omadi are awesome and understand my frustration when I call them and do their best to help me get through the software. I find it very funny that most of the people that are complaining don't have the courtesy to put their company information in. Thank you Omadi for a great CRM. Citywide Security Las Vegas NV

Spend almost as much time trying to get this trash to work as l do using it. Logging out and back in, deleting all data, having info resent, just to run a call. Poll all of the drivers using this app and see if any of them even remotely care for it.

Everyday I have to uninstall and reinstall to update it is very slow and has way too many steps to complete the call

It is temperamental but gets the job done.

We just started using this program for work so we are still working things out. However, I seem to be the only one with issues with it updating dispatch on its own. I have to kill the app on my phone and reopen it to update dispatch. It does however, show it's updated on my end. Also wish the notification sound could be changed as it is not loud enough to hear during the day when busy, let alone when in a dead sleep.

For newer adroids, it's bad. Freezes camera

I was using tracker for a year and then switched over to this and it makes life so much easier

I have the program for work as I'm in the security field and I have it downloaded on my personal phone as well as a company phone. I'm running the newest version of Android and it keeps crashing on me. When I had my old phone it never happened to me as much and on the work phones it does the exact same thing. Numerous times there is been photos that have not been uploaded and then I do have to email them or restart a new report

This app is complete garbage. App keeps freezing on me in the middle of reports or taking pictures, or the app completely closes itself out and I have to adjust everything. I've uninstalled it multiple times and I'm still having the same problems. I use both an Apple product and an Android product and the app does not work on other device. If I wasn't forced to use this for work I would have gotten rid of it long ago

This app keeps crashing constantly, it freezes when I take pictures and it takes to long for the app to reload. A lot of times it won't upload reports or pictures, it takes waaaaay to much space on my phone 6Gb! Its ridiculous. I've had to uninstall and install the app multiple times but still have the same issues.

If I was not forced to use this for work I never would. Photos keep not uploading and I have to constantly email photos one at a time to supervisor, then I constantly get notifications of photos not uploading so I ail them then delete the photos and I still receive the same message over and over every 5 min. Makes more work for guards and office. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one is because it is a great concept however application is terrible.

Always crashing! Bugs like crazy. I feel bad because it's a local company but it honestly Makes work more complicated!

App doesnt work on my Samsung S6, every action from logging in to submitting a form entry is met with a popup saying: "There was a problem communicating with the database, please contact Omadi if this continues." Sometimes several errors stack on each other. Entrys will not save properly nor will they update. I have internet access, all other apps work, it USED to work. Deleted data, Reinstalled, no luck. It works when I log in from another device. Device Compatability is the issue.

Im tired of it putting cars in twice, saying its an invalid entry. Honestly if my company didnt have to use this crap, I'd be using a better one.

Couldn't believe how fast Mike was able to get my app working after my phone updated.

Omadi makes it easy to dispatch and keep track of any type of tow. From cod to ppi, Omadi has you covered. You can take pictures to back you up if you need proof down the road, and it's easy to search for tows. The reports can give you real-time information, and the support team is helpful and friendly.

Awsome product could use a little work here and there but all in all its really good.

It's ok when it works right. Pictures haven't been uploading lately. Won't connect to google maps even when location settings are on with my new phone. Droid Moto Z running marshmallow.

It is very easy to use, and saves so much time over using paper.

This is the most frustrating app ever its freezing and crashing half the time, taking up space in your phone with uploads ..this crap doesn't even deserve stars...

Have to many problems, it won't upload any of my reports, it won't update, I've had to un-install it then re-install it over and over again and I still have the same problems. I wouldn't use it but my company has us use it.

This app is almost useless because of how many times it's crashed. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall. I wish I didn't need this for my job......
