Jan 2018 UPDATE. I was able to restore my purchases. In the "app settings", scroll down and there is now a button that says "restore in- app purchases". I now have all of my original purchases back and hope this is helpful to other people who have lost their purchases through phone and tablet repairs ad replacements.Oct 2017 UPDATE : When my tablet was repaired, All my purchases were gone, even though it recognized my name. I spent a lot of money and now I only have access to free pics and colors. ORIGINAL REVIEW : When's are new drawings going to be added ? Love the Tarot. Also, when you purchase a set of colors, they should move forward next to the basic pallette. You should not have to scroll.

After switching to a new device and re-installing app I was unable to restore the palettes I purchased with my old phone. I emailed customer service and - a week and a half later -still have not received a reply.

Well... I pretty much dislike everything about this app. The only reason I gave 2 ???? is the pictures are nice.

I would love it if a brush option were added to the app. It would be perfect!

I purchased the whole pallet in April of last year and have had to change my phone ...when I go to restore my purchase it say it cannot be found... I messaged a few months ago I didn't receive a reply from you... I really enjoyed this app...and this expires in April! Please help me with this problem! I'm also hoping you will do something for the the problem and lost of months from not being able to use... Thank you!!!

Only freely offers 1 color pallet pack. The rest you have to purchase at $10 a piece!? Outrageous! & If you want the whole shibang, $50!! AND NO FREE TRIAL!? You want me to pay a minimum of $10 to have access to Some features or a maximum of $50 to access All features, yet don't even offer a Free Trial for a test run. $50 is absolutely ludicrous for an APP to begin with, something that's intangible, but it's even sillier that I can't even Test Drive the app for a few days before forking out half a BenFrank! **Can't even get a reply back from the creators, smh!

You have to pay ridiculous amounts before 90% of content becomes available. Bad form. Shame too. It looked like it had potential. Horrible disappointment.

I like this app. It has features that are great and then they could improve in other areas. It's a growing process. I will continue to use this app.

Uninstalling. This app is a joke. You want to make and manage my phone calls? Not in this lifetime!

I would give 5 stars but, I downloaded it on my tablet and bought the basic package, and when I downloaded it on my phone I realized it was going to make me pay for the basic package on my phone, which I was not happy about. So I deleted it off my phone. But later I got back on my tablet and I was extremely upset about this, the app messed and it had showed that I didn't buy the basic package even though I had, and I didn't receive my money back.

What's free about this app? NOTHING! this is by far the most expensive coloring app offered! Like the packets but they need to be purchased, coloring palette is slightly better than your basic colors n the pallets 4 purchasing is TOO EXPENSIVE.my suggestion is to offer a monthly subscription instead of wanting $100 4 packets n another $50 for color palettes

I really used to love this but there are never any new pictures added. The ones on here are getting really boring. Start adding pictures more often and maybe I'll start coloring more. I've started coloring on adult coloring. They add new pictures twice a week and there are alot more coloring options.

I do like this app. It is very relaxing and the music is a nice touch, though can get annoying after awhile. I wanted to download this app mainly because I dont have a coloring app on my phone, but the glitter option made me want it even more. When I downloaded I went looking for the glitter, but was disappointed to find that I had to pay for it. I also find it annoying that you have to keep watching ads to continue using the pallets. I still like it, especially because you can share your artwork. My only wish is that I could draw freehand.

I've got a few other color apps an this one enticed me with the glitter option, I downloaded it and then upon opening it I realized you have to pay for basically all the color pallets except two. I am immediately uninstalling. I will stick to my free apps that have much better pictures to color in anways.

I recently had to get a new phone because my other one crashed & when I went to restore my purchases it said I hadn't bought anything. After posting a review they contacted me & I have to say that the customer service that I received from the developers was amazing as soon as I supplied them with the necessary information my purchases were restored. This is one of my favorite apps. ❤

Finally after 4 months of no new pictures they add some. I already paid $50 for this crap and now to access the new pictures they want MORE money. Do NOT bother with this app. I truly wish I could get my money back and give no stars.

The glitter colors advertised - they don't mention you have to pay 50$ to get them. It is an advantage to have your in-app purchases as single payment permanent buys but that's not a reason to make it so pricy.
