EDIT: A recent update to the app has removed the ability to share or email listings; that was imperative to me. Also, the realtors that I have contacted via the app have not replied. Previous Review: These guys have done everything right! The app is typically very fast and efficient, it remembers search settings and the map loads quickly. I haven't tried the notification feature yet but will. I plan on supporting them when I am ready to purchase a new place. Great job, especially when compared to other similar apps.

This is a nice app. But it is deathly slow to load. Needs a major fix. To add to this, it 100% needs a share button. I can't show my fiancee anything. The share button only shows email, Facebook, Twitter and pinter estate. I was hoping more like a share.for texting or to what's app. I have the most updated version of zolo. Thank you for replying to me, the loading speed has indeed improved. The share functionality still needs to be updated so I can share on w.e. platform I have on my phone like many apps do. Although, zolo is the best app for looking up homes in the area.

Maps are loading super slowly, sometimes causing crashes. The changes in search parameters won't make any effect unless you try to save them many times. Notificatiins have nothing to do with your search priorities. There's still lots of work to be done

I like the app, but one of the best features were the notifications of new houses on the market for your saved searches. Unfortunately, with an upgrade to a new phone, they've stopped altogether. I've looked everywhere and all notifications on the phone side are enabled (and even set as priority) but nothing seems to work. Would adjust to 5 stars once fixed.

I live that it gives you the days on market and the property tax, as well as schools nearby and their scores, etc. Just a few nice features you can't get from realtor. It also crashes less.

I've spent a bit of time using this... Best interface out there, and easy to use. Two big issues: But, slow chunky performance at times; a programming issue. Hard to share finds with other people.

If I could sign in I'll let you know how it works. But right nowbik frustrated at this apps uselessness. *update. I signed in but I never put in the account password. Just some minor bug fixes please. *

ALSO, NONE OF THE SUGGESTIONS WERE TAKEN AS WELL AS FEATURES AND SEARCH GETTING WORSE. Pretty good. Battery hog still. Map resize after zoom in/out annoying. Please add sort by oldest to newest listing. Doesn't show open house info which means some info isn't aggregated from actual listing. Listing location mix up, Kitchener Ontario showed up under Richmond BC. Favourite listing can't be un-favourite. Days listed seems to wrong.

Easy to navigate and map feature very useful. However it can be slow to load new photos and i find it consumes battery very day when actively viewing. I'm unsure if it's trying to get location or why it drains battery.

Used to be alot better. The latest updates have really slowed the app down and now it lags and freezes constantly. Too bad. This app has good potential.

Buggy, slow, little content near me (definitely not regular MLS) and the content that is near me appears to be incorrect. Opening the app even prompted me to download the new Android app as if I was visiting the site in a browser!?

This app notifies me automatically when new listings get posted that meet the criteria of my previous searches. Very handy! Some minor tweaks needed, but for the most part this is an excellent app! No account necessary to browse, also a huge plus.

The only thing I would add, is placing an addition field right beside the price that includes the HOA/strata cost.

Finally Canada ha some power to have intelligent filtering and searches. The USA has had apps like Trulia for years, it's about time we get more consumer power. Soon we will be able to get historic prices for a property to educate ourselves without the need for Realtors to get as involved.

They'll wake you up in the middle of the night! Also, why does the app prompt me to download the app from Google Play? Do you understand why that makes no sense?

Sharing properties info via email doesn't work. Other than that it's very useful app.

Latest version seems very buggy. Notification setting keeps re-enabling itself after being turned off. Map view not working, tapping a price doesn't show listing, just keeps zooming in on map. When opening app it shows listings for nearby areas that I've never searched for before.

Best app for real estate! Very detailed information for the house. I especially love the market stats function, you get to see the trend of sales/prices for different types of properties in each neighborhood. Would be even better if it includes open house search function like realtor.ca

Nice app functionally, but no matter my filters, searches, etc I get notifications of homes exceeding my price, and outside my area almost exclusively.

When you are using map and scrolling some where else than your location and open an item, when you get back loxation will be reset and it's annoying A good feature is the item that you open will be grayed out Btw I switched back to realtor app

Gives you the time it's on the market, the average price in the neighborhood, comparable properties. Sends updates on new listings based on previous searches. It's fantastic.

Fix your app already. After viewing one property on the map you have to force close the app to view a second property. Sick and tired of trying to find where I was. Clearing cache doesn't help and reinstalled multiple times.

What happened to this app.? I used to be able to find tons of listings near me, and now it can't find any....

Overall it's a good app. One bug: can't search term with special characters. E.g: "Sutton & Jackson's Point", it will auto change to "Sutton" only. I will need to search "Georgina", then browse to "Neighbourhoods" and click the link there in order to check data in Sutton & Jackson's Point area. Please fixed.

It's recently started resetting evert I'm I change my filters for townhouses. As soon as it is on the next screen. Very annoying

1. Filter's dont get applied when changed. 2. Sort says "Most Recent" but the listings are sorted randomly. 3. Maps are pathetically slow

Garage app updated can't do any search by neighbour's or city like you where able to do before

Well put together app that's quick and informative. A favorites file would be a great addition to the app allowing you to save and quickly find the properties that you have already found.

About 1 day slow in my area in picking up the new listing from mls but I really like the appellant function and design

Used this several times and lists more homes than Reality.ca.

No listings for Montreal. Useless app.

Easy to use and great interface. Would love to see a filter for detached homes and corner lots, as well as the option to filter out certain results such as homes with pools etc.

Now I'm getting email notifications before my own realtor sends them to me. Days ahead of Realtor.ca. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed with the Zolo app.

App crashes but I suppose that's due to it not being updated to run on nougat. If you are running the latest version of Android - as of this post it's N - then the app crashes within a few minutes. I look forward to this app once updated

Decent app, but it could use better filter options. For instance, I am looking for a 1 bedroom condo, but the only option that I have for searching is for 1+ bedrooms. This shows listings for 2 and 3 bedroom units, which is not what I am looking for. Hopefully this can be added in in the future.

Great app. Would love few more features to make it perfect. 1) Could you add < age as filter 2) Sort by $/Sq 3) Show $/Sq for the listing.

Right down to specific neighbourhoods this app delivers listings and helps a lot not having to search as much.

I love the notification of a new property listed and it's easy to use. The future of this app is great.
