Had me wait 30 mins for my order. Then was given an incomplete order.

Great app except it wont let you customize your order too well. My son wanted a burger with Ketchup & Mustard only, but it forces you to also pick a standard condiment like mayo or tomato, and then you have to edit it at the store. Annoying

would love to have an additional comments section. so I can say I want fries extra crispy or a dry beef and cheddar with juice on the side. kinda pointless if I cant customize those things

Ran me around in circles. Had to enter login info several times and then said I couldn't place the order through the app....Have to call. Pain in the keester! Uninstalling!

The App itself is nice with good options for customized food items, but when my mother and I went into the building to pick up our order. We had to ask two people were to go and then had a very rude woman at the front desk where the online pick up was located ask us to tell her what we were there for when were standing directly under the small "Online Pick-up" Sign. We then had to wait while she gathered the pecies of our order together. The whole experience at the New Lenox location was horrible so we will not be using the app again and will instead go thru the drive thru only where we have never had an issue or bad experience.

Worked fantastic! Should note for users that pickup is at a different counter than normal pickup, but its all good :)

The app hasn't been working lately. It even switched locations on me. The two locations said they needed to cancel and replace the order but it's a business card that the funds don't go back to right away so there is no way to use it then at that point. One of the worst experiences at portillos thanks to a stupid app. So now I go to a business meeting without food. Thanks.

Whole point of using the app was to get the coupon code, then it wouldn't let us use it.

Ordering the food worked ok but there was no place to enter the code to get 5.00 off first order.

I love the food at Portillos and this app is great- very easy to use and makes ordering a breeze!

App is easy to use. But I wish there was a way to comment on the order after you received it. 3 items were made wrong (didn't noticed until we got home even though the receipt showed what we wanted). Extra items we ordered were missing. Hamburgers we ordered were very, very, very well done.

Works great! Tells me when my order is ready and Gurnee has always had it ready and correct. Just wish I didn't have to enter my cc info each time. I'm logged in and always say to save card info, but it doesn't. Only a mild inconvenience though.

Scan doesn't work for CC. Specials on app is great! Greek Salad was not on the menu for Rockford. Nobody noticed until I was picking it up. Then I was told I was at the wrong location. Seriously, it's not the customer's fault!

Ordering the food was great. Food ready and hot. Would have liked the option to change bun on Maxwell st polish to French bread. Only gave 3 stars because add promised $5 refund on 1st online order greater than $15 but there was no place to enter code and when picked up food there was nothing they could do to honor...

The app does not work properly on my samsung core. for some reason regardless i switch save card option on or off, it never saves the credit card info and i have to enter it again for each purchase.

Unable to add any comments, coupon didn't work at last stage because it said I was a guest, edit order button doesn't work, system changed order from delivery to pickup and now I cannot edit. Waste of time and frustrating app.

This is the second time I ordered but wasn't given the option to enter the promo code. The first time I wasn't logged in so this time I made sure to log in first and still no option to enter the code. Very disappointing!!!!

Love the food. Dislike that the app never saves my card info so I have to keep putting it in to order.

Works well. The only thing I wish it had was the option to choose Cheddar cheese instead of American. I do that when I order at the restaurant.

Chicago store was R U D E AF. Will not be back. Can't make a special requests on items extra pasta in salads only no items or Extra dressing.

Fast simple app, all the usual customizations on the menu items. Works great!

Would be a perfect app, if it remembered the credit card on file. Other then that it's very nice not to wait in a line.

App does not allow you to use a gift card. Restaurant screwed up order.

Agree. Need a feedback button for order errors. Not that they can fix it after the fact.
