MOOYAH Rewards

I'm rating this so low because I am unable to order through this app at my location. No matter how I try to pull up the Rochester NH location the only ones that come up are in Massachusetts.

I love the food and the app is super easy to use and convenient. I order food with the app probably once a week on average and it's not hard, though it's easier to delete a custom burger and start over than it is to change it if you mess up. I've earned $40 in points since I started using the app and am $8 from $10 more, it's super easy to enter your receipt for points which is great and I appreciate that my points can be applied when ordering from within the app. My only complaint is that you can't name your saved credit cards so if you don't know the last 4 digits by heart you still have to reach into your wallet to make sure you've got the right card. This is a pain for me especially since I have 4 different people in my house who sometimes pay but I'm in charge of all the ordering.

Very expensive but the food was great.. the fries are crisp and the burgers are juicy. The only thing I don't like is the milkshakes. They are terrible. Soft serve and fake.

We have severe gluten allergies and Mooyah goes out of their way everyone to ensure our food is safe for us to eat. Thank you Mooyah for giving my family an awesome gluten free experience!

Won't take order properly. If you want fries you MUST add the cheese to the fries. Totally screws up order. How did one turkey burger cost $23?

Love mooyah. Started going about 3 months ago and now go at least 2 times a week. The food is great and the service is superior.

Can't order it tells me to pick a bun type no matter what and can't add fries without adding a topping

Useful fun app

These burgers and fries are definitely better than those other burger chains haven't had their shakes yet but if it's anything like the food then I won't be disappointed. Trust me you'll fall in love after the first bite...

This place has awesome food when they can get their act together. It sucks when a family of 4 goes out to eat and none of the food is brought out at the same time. And that shakes are brought out 10 minutes after the food. If the employees would work cooperatively together this place would be amazing and get 5 stars.

The app constantly tells me I have an error and asks me to reselect items. There is no way while you are in the midst to edit anything without losing your progress. The menu includes things that my local store doesn't have, but yet it will charge me for them. All in all, it's a terrible app for a really good burger place.

I love this place. One of the best customer service times I've had. And the food was phenomenal too. Great job. I'll be back for sure!!.

App will not let me order after I apply reward money. It still asks for my credit card. I love Mooyah and will change my stars when this is fixed. I have a Droid Turbo

I had two friends install the app using my invite code and they used the app that day. I never received the advertised invite points. Over all decent app, but fails to instill customer trust on broken bonus points promise.

Great app

The app makes it convenient to keep complicated orders as favorites. I'm regularly ordering for multiple people so this really helps save time and ensures accuracy. But I've now reached $100 in orders and I'm ready to use the $10 credit, but I can't unless I order in store. Where's the logic in that? It's like Amazon saying I can have a $10 credit but only if I don't order online and instead agree to directly order in person and pickup from their warehouse. Why??? Seems arbitrary and backwards.
