Code didnt work and doesn't have apple pretzel on menu.

Won't let me order. Online web ordering works fine.

Useless. Unable to add any credit cards. "Unable to process credit card details" doesn't matter which card. Search facility is a joke. When you're on the road and in a rush, it'd be great for it to find stores that are actually near me. CAN'T EVEN FIND MY "PREFERRED STORE"!!!

Says my store that I chose is closed, it's not. Limited menu, the juices I get are not available. The birthday option you have to select is not user friends you have to hit the back button for each year. Waste of time.

When signing up you have to scroll through every month and year to get back to your birthday on this app i spent 5 min scrolling from 2017 to 1991 trying to get to the correct year then it didnt submit right and i started all the way back at 2017 i gave up and didnt even get to sign up. The dumbest thing.

The app works fine on my Samsung S5. The only hiccup was my fault. It asks for your birthdate and it took me a second to figure out to click on the year so it had the actual year. Other than that, good app.

The text on top of the photos of the menu items is difficult to read because it is white. Please make it black or a dark grey.

I am very disappointed by this app. I've used it twice and neither time did I get the customization I had requested. I order ahead because I don't have time to stand in a line and then wait for the drink to be made. When I pick up the incorrect order, i still don't have time for a drink to be remade. Until there is a way to confirm customization, this app is a fail and unusable.

The points don't go through every time. I've could've had more points but you need to put in your number after the purchase. What? And all the girls just say yeah it's done because they're obviously rushing to just move on with the next costumer instead of explaining what's going on. Also, the secret menu isnt on here. Still have to go in line to order.

Put in an order yesterday. My store said that they didn't get it and would not refund the item because they take no responsibility for the app not working. I had no time to wait for them to make the item I had ordered. Jambs Juice has lost my business.

After installing application, I keep getting the following error when trying to place an order. "There's a problem with the connecting server. Please try again later!!" Please fix! Thanks!

Doesn't work. Can't submit an order. Can't even get to payment page. Useless. Unless you're looking to get pissed off. Then it's useful.

I love using this app to order & not wait in line. It's amazing how fast they complete the order. Great work on the app and execution in the store!

When placing an in-app order, I'd like to see the option to pay in-stote upon pickup instead of being required to pay through the app. It would also be nice to provide hard plastic reward cards and/or keytags that you can simply scan at the register's tablet instead of having to enter your phone number each time (Panera, Starbucks, grocery stores, & pharmacies offer this benefit). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the Jamba Juice app! I had little faith in if when I first heard about it, but once I downloaded it I was amazed at all of the functions the app developers have incorporated into it. It also definitely attracts me to go to Jamba Juice more often.

Every format of location I try to search for it says cannot find location. App unusable in its current state on LG g5 cricket wireless Android version 7.0.

It's alright. The whole menu is supposedly on there, but I always order a breakfast wrap with my smoothie and those are nowhere to be found in the app. Really disappointing since I was looking forward to using the app today.

There's no way to order my smoothie "thick"?! This app is useless to me.

This is alright. Although, I tried using this to buy two items with one card, in the same day, different times. It wouldn't let me use the same credit card. Definitely should fix...

It won't connect to sever, even when I'm connected to internet, so I can't ever order anything.

Can't even find the menu section to look at drinks. Says use the above menu but there is no menu button to click. Clicked every where on screen.

Excellent frozen fruits, & juices.

I love the ability to order and run in and my order is ready! But, my store no longer carries that size bowl. They always have to refund me. It's a pain for the workers so early in the morning during a rush. Please change the size.

I truly pointless app. If it worked, I'm sure it would be pretty awesome. Tried to sign up for an account, but says it doesn't exist. Tried creating the account again, and says that email is already in use...Yeah, no **** Sherlock. Disappointing at best. Surprised a company like Jamba Juice would put out such a half baked app.

I can't truly customize my drink using this app. It doesn't give you the option to order more than one boost. I'm a regular and always have to go in and sometimes wait to place my order.

Jamba's website is not mobile friendly so I tried this app. The menu on the app and the in browser website did not match for the same location. Not even the categories matched let alone the individual products. This shows a low quality app and poor customer service since I can order different things from the same store depending on my input method.

This app has been so slow the last few times I've used it that I'm almost ready to stop using it. I've reinstalled, deleted all data. Nothing.

Terrible. The app charges the old price for the new bowl. So you will get ripped off. Emailed the corporation twice but no response.
