The app is useless. You can only use it to order in advance and that's a joke. They need a notes area for items not listed such as BurgerFi sauce to be added on a burger. It needs to display my rewards number because they don't have a scannable code. It's a hassle trying to use rewards because they need your email address, phone number, and rewards number at the register. You're stuck holding up a line of hungry people. If you have a rewards account from signing up online, you can't get a physical rewards card without having to get rid of your original account because it will be a different number.

Could use an extra cheese option, later pick up times, and a special instructions/comment section.

Easy to use

Overall a good app but needs the option of selecting a later pick up time--defaults to the 1st available time so not good for ordering in advance. Also would be nice to be able to scan receipt to add an order to rewards account that wasnt placed thru the app.

App functions very well but they won't start food till you show up and ask for it. At least true for my location. Defeats the purpose in my opinion.

App works great. My local Burgerfi is also great. However when we use the app the "concretes" are registered in the store as "shakes". Fix that for your guys please.

Pretty easy, although I would like an option to add special notes like sauce on the side or light/extra onions etc... But its cool and easy to use

Easy to use

When ordering if you navigate away from the order to check other things in the app such as store details, one can't Navigate back to the basket and you're forced to start the order over. Add access to basket on every screen. Should work like the ubiquitous shopping cart.

I love BurgerFi. And I love ordering ahead, but they really need to add a "Dine In" option. Atm "To Go" is the only option. You'd think with their progressive recycling program they'd wanna save the bag and costly to go containers.

Burgerfi food is awesome! However, the app is terrible. The app will not allow me to log in. It says my info is incorrect, but I can log in online.

App needs the ability to choose a set location. Searching for the restaurant wastes time upon start up.

Nice interface but the coupons from the mail have codes that do not work.

This is a good app. It does the job but when it comes to payment info on Android, the camera does that weird thing where it inverts all the axises (well, just the x and y ones anyway). Alot of apps had that problem when Android 6 rolled out so there is obviously a fix. I'm just not sure if there is an API issue or it could be my phone. Anyway, please fix this if you can.

I will probably uninstall this app just for the reason of not having urban fries on the menu.

Wouldn't locate the store, despite the fact I was LITERALLY STANDING OUTSIDE OF IT.

Design could use a bit of work and the animation are a bit over the top ( not really natural feeling ) but the app works and isn't terribly slow. I like it!

I ordered my food while I was driving... I was about 5 minutes away, and when I arrived it was ready. I was pretty shocked

This app leaves so much to be worked out, receipts have barcode app as no way to scan unless I use a standalone ????

The new app is easy to use and makes ordering on the go seamless.
