Online order is a joke. One screen won't let you continue until you have selected everything the next won't let you place the order because ypu did. What a joke.

App doesn't work, couldn't even get past the sign up screen (tried signing up via Facebook, app gets stuck in a loop, all my other apps log in via Facebook just fine).

Impossible to check out l asked for well done, but I still had to check the other temperatures, I just gave up

Very slow and didn't even work.

Selections for items fix this and we might come back

Less options available. Items I could have in the restaurant, are not options as sides for everything in the app. Ex. 1. Mashed sweet potatoes can be ordered as a side with most items. But not with the Brisket Tacos. 2. When ordering steak, regular fries are not a side option. Why not have all sides available with all entres? If there's a price difference, simply list it and give the customer the option.

App was easy to use, the first time promo code worked, and the food was great. They even threw in an additional side of fries even though I selected the loaded mashed potatoes to go with my burger. My local Applebee's is literally in the parking lot of my new apartment complex. I don't know if they treated me so well because they know me or if because that's just protocol. Either way, I paid $20 for a LOT of boneless wings, a cheeseburger, French fries, chicken cavatappi pasta, loaded mashed potatoes, and a huge bag of chips with salsa. I WILL be using this service again.

I order curbside at least once a week and seems as though there is always something missing usually one or more of the sides. I don't find out til I'm at work and can't go back. Also they have made the size of soup you get very small not worth the 6.00 they charge.

I order from applebees by my house quite often. But I must say I am just about done with them. Firstly, when I order curbside. No one will tell you until you get there that you have to come in, because there's no one to service curbside. Second, I live 5 mins from an applebees but it won't even let me select the closest one to me. Lastly, the service has went to complete garbage... I will no longer pay for subpar service. You have lost a customer that eats there at least twice a week. All do to a crappy website and horrible customer service.

I ordered from my car the app says 15 mins @ 1:24pm of course it's not ready at 1:26pm and i have to stand here for another 10-15 mins!! Im annoyed and hungry!! This to go app is pointless if you still have to wait in the resraurant for your order. Cross county yonkers new york is where i sent the order and they have no sense of urgency it is now 1:45pm and still no order and no one has even come back to me to say anything. Smh

It is a good app, but it has room for some improvement. I wish it would save my car info for curbside to go instead of having to put it in all the time. As some user have already pointed out, it doesn't Let you customize some orders. Like I don't like the rice that comes with the fiesta lime chicken but I can't remove it and substitute with somthing else. I am even willing to pay a slight upcharge for the substitute. Criticism aside it does make It easy to order and it is always ready when I go to pick it up.

No sauce on the burger i ordered, and the brownie bites are a joke, its literally one small triangle piece of brownie. Disappointed. Food wasnt as hot as it should be. Burger was cooked properly and the apps were ok. 2nd time i ordered curbside and been disappointed.

I would rather go and eat there next time. My order was all messed up. I order an extra sour cream i thought i would get an extra sour cream that would come with the mean but didn't. Did not get salsa either. The lime chicken was dry. The steak should have been well done but was still a bit pink. Will not order take out again.

Food was cold and my husband was there before the 15 min we were told. No utensils to eat with. Great taste on the steak and mashed potatoes. But the mac and cheese was hard cold..... kinda disappointing. But hoping it will eventually get better without complaining about every order. Its always something with their to go orders. But they were the only resturant open. They need competition then maybe they would step it up a notch or two.

I took my wife to Applebees in Florence KY off turfway for her birthday. The food was pure trash compost. It was so nasty made us sick and now we are boycotting this location. My 1 yr old niece could do better

Let me start by saying I review places GOOD & BAD not only when I have a complaint. I generally love Applebee's and I was pretty excited to hear about the app. I downloaded it and aced my order planning to use the 5OFF25 for a 1st time user. I couldn't find where it was asking for it but placed my order anyway. So I called the store to ask for help and the gentleman who answered wasn't a technical which is ok bc neither am I but so he got the manager for me. She was basically like oh well I can't help you. I didn't think that was very nice. Just bc you don't have anything to do with online doesn't mean you can't be helpful. I was really disappointed.

App is fine, main complaint is the packaging for the carside to go, ribs that are missing sauce, co-mingiled with sweet potatoes. Mixed in for added disgust is the mac and cheese. Soggy fries, rubberized celery, stale pretzel bread, 50 dollars later. Pro tip: eat at the restaurant so you can at least complain in person.

I would have liked the option to put a pick up name on my account. My mom and I like to switch sometimes who picks up the order, or who can when we do it. That's my only issue so far with this app.

It took forever for them to bring my order out, I ordered online they gave me a certain time to pick up I was still there 12 mins later waiting for curbside order. They also left so much of my food out, they got to do better with the online ordering part of things.

It's pretty basic. My only concern was that I tried repeatedly to use a gift card but the app could not verify it. I called customer service to make sure it was activated and it was so I'm not sure why it couldn't verify my card. Other than that it's not too bad. Easy to use but kind of annoying that you cannot select multiple beverages, you have to add them to the cart one by one and scroll back down through the menu to the beverages section.

Placed my order for 2 for $20 with 2 different items: chicken finger basket and an oriental chicken salad. But I received 2 chicken finger baskets. Didnt realize it until I got home.

Fantastic! Easy to use and you can create an account on the fly. Only complaint is there aren't quite as many options as if you were in store, but otherwise, great!

It takes quite a while to install the App, but once is installed you can find out how much you have on your Applebee's Gift Card, place your on-line order for you to pick up at your local Applebee's and so much more!

This application is absolute garbage I've attempted multiple times to input a gift card number and its asking for a pin with no place to put it, I ordered another item from it on a separate occasion and they got my order wrong. ???????????? good job on this one.

No place to put pin, so only get error message when paying w gift card (have to pay in store). Otherwise a fairly decent app.

Absolutely atrocious. When I got to the restaurant, they didn't even receive my order. Good concept, but horrible application. The servers were very nice though. Uninstalling immediately.

I use this app at least once a week for my family. Makes it very convenient to place a carside to go order and have my husband pick it up on his way home from work. App makes it so the kids can pick exactly what they want everytime. Now if the people in the restaurant could just get our orders right...

This app used to work before it's latest update..... now I cant pick the two sides I want without it telling me I didnt meet the requirements.. not good applebees...not good

I'm not sure if they tested this before releasing it. As others have said, when ordering a meal, it won't let you select your sides correctly, it prompts you for and requires you to select each and every side, then of course tells you you can only select one side. We ended up having to call in our order like plebes.

You have to select every temp for steak and then it won't take it. Won't take only one temp selection either. Gave up and they lost a customer.

Read all of the 1 star reviews for a list of all of the different ways this app doesn't work. This app doesn't work. Good idea, horrible execution. If they ever get the app working, it will be worth downloading.

Couldn't order my husband's steak medium rare...had to chose all the temperature and then it told me to just choose one. Big fail Applebee's.

Tried to order and was not able to. Steak and parmesan shrimp has way too many spots marked required and if you select them all it says choose only one. If you don't select all of them it says select all required fields.

The app forces you to order all sides and sauces. Will not continue if you don't order everything they require you to order. Whoever created this app clear their desk now. Begin unemployment immediately.

What happened to the pay with cash option on the carside to go or pickup inside? Tried to order food and wanted to pay with cash as I do not own a credit card. This app no longer shows a pay with cash option. Please fix this.
