BHIM Kotakpay for Android
I have transfered the fund Amount Rs.16500 by UPI BHIM kotakpay App by my account but the transaction got failed and my account has been debited for this Failed Transaction. Please see issue as soon as possible.
I send sum of 4500 to my frnd account and a amount will be debited but no money will be created to my frnd account and there is no good support in customer care and pls...refund my amount as soon as possible its very urgent pls resolve it soon
Horrible app. Screen freezes even before inputting the phone number.

Worst app and developer I've ever seen. Most reviews suggest the same issue and this developer Keshav expects me to send a detailed report with screenshot. Are you serious? Am I here to test your applications report errors?
This App Is the Worst App that I ever Used.. I did an UPI transaction.. My Amount was debited from an account but does not credit into second Account.. And You customer care Service is also bad.. it only works in Weekdays.. Worst App Don't make a Kotak account and use this App
Worst app from Kotak my mobile no is not verified the error is unable to verify your mobile no. plz try again. I trying to 20 time the same issue again & again. Costumer care no is very busy still 1 hr not received phone banking officer.
Very useful app.....but it's not working since a week. Though iam upto date it displaying "unable to process your request".
This app only work with mobile data. Doesn't work with WiFi. That's stupid.
I have been trying to link the number to make UPI payments... Same error exists as reported by other users in comments... Worst app developed..
This app is not working... 25 times I have wasted my standard SMS charges but till now my number is not verified..help me for the same...
Any updates on this??? I am being encouraged to use other UPI app due to this bug. :( Superb App. Best app amongst all UPI apps. Recent update restricts me to type space in any text input (i.e. Transaction description, Beneficiary name, QR code description etc.). Can you please fix this bug ASAP.
Worst experience. Untrustworthy. Transaction Failed status for two times (diff days) and amount debited from non kotak to non kotak for both transactions. STILL TRANSACTION FAILED . Where am I supposed to contact for your errors

In some upi id was @kaypay some of them having @kotak y so differ
Why daily UPI transfer limit is only 20,000 per day... While other bank like BOI HDFC offers 1 Lakh's per day..

Sir initially I could transfer one lakh now it's not possible more than 10k it's very frustrating as we business people are used to transfer amount for payments instantly and used to hassle free bank work. Now I need to go to bank fighting traffic just to RTGS or NEFT for amount above 10k. Other bank apps are giving up to 3lakhs
Error upon app start. Directly asks for SMS, without allowing me to input. Sent you an email through Console itself, got failure delivery. Please fix asap
Worst app ever. Failed transaction but debited my account with 20k but got message that it got credited to beneficiary. But when checked transaction failed. No refund made in while day. Customer service asked to raise queries but no luck till now.

Make choice of vpa as mobileno@kotak which is digit of any mobile no, so any one can remember. Other banks are doing this. If you can allow 9 numeric or 11 numeric digit then why not 10.
