Old Navy

I don't know why this app even exists if the developers/company aren't even invested in it enough to make it useable for people. Slow, freezes, and crashes constantly. If you're thinking of downloading this app save yourself the trouble and frustration. It's like the only reason they created it was because their competitors have an app, and old navy/Gap wanted to say they do too, except its an app in name only.

I have been trying to purchase the items in my shopping bag all evening and after I entered all my payment information and hit continue, the app stopped working. I was not able to submit my order and on top of that it kept asking me to reenter shipping and billing information. This is after having to checkout as a "guest" because the app would not let me reset my password. I tried on the website to checkout but the website wouldn't let me reset my password. Not the 1st time with issues!

This app is horrible. It takes forever to load any screen. I love old Navy but this app got me so frustrated that I turned to using chrome on my phone instead and it worked at an extremely faster rate. I also couldn't change the sizes in my cart, because the buttons wouldn't work. I don't recommend this to anyone.

This app is horrible. It takes me forever to order something, even if I already have items in my bag. Navigating to find new items takes even longer. Get it together, Old Navy!

Very cluttered, confusing & generally a pain to use. However, it lets me pay my credit statement fairly easily each month. If it didn't have that feature, there's no way I'd even consider having this on my device. The 2* rating is being generous.

Like other poor reviews, I agree this app is so slow and cluttered. Not easy to navigate. It never stops me from ordering but if I can, I prefer ordering on computer rather than mobile. It can be very confusing to those who aren't used to the product and know what they are looking for. I wish they would update this. It's awesome you can shop all brands but it's a total pain and time consuming to do over the mobile app.

As a former Gap Inc. Corporate employee...I'm very disappointed in the execution of this app. Gap Inc. As a whole is a huge successful corporation, with that being said I expect more. Always runs slow. Makes shopping painful, and shopping should be therapeutic (retail therapy)... certainly not painful. A friend was letting me go on a spree as a gift and I was so annoyed with how slow the app was working that I almost gracefully declined the kind gesture because I was so frustrated.

This is a piece of shit app that is totally unorganized and scattered to disaster. I hate it and it never keeps you logged in so you have to continually log in ANYTIME you click out on purpose or accidently and the password requirements are bullshit. I hate it. If you don't need to look at your account or your rewards or use it for anything useful then this is perfect for you to look at half of what they sell!!

This is the worst app!! It is not user friendly. I downloaded it a year or so ago and uninstalled because it wasn't very good. Downloaded again and I think it is worse than before. Concentrate on items for sale not all the hype to make it "hip"

It's slow, clunky, behind the times, and about as slow as loading the Old Navy website on your browser. In fact, it feels like a browser in its slow unstructured behavior. I like Old Navy, so no disrespect intended. But this app needs an upgrade badly.

And any other word that describes how bad the app is. So bad, I put everything back while at the store. Scanning items was the biggest waste of time. Looks like they added more bugs than fixing like they say in the app description. Now to smash my phone so I don't use the app ever again

It's not any different than the mobile site. The other stores are shoppable on this app so there's no need to download the other apps. I got this so I could shop more quickly but the app contains all the fluff that is on the site, so the product pages still take a while to load.

I've struggled with payment and putting in gift card information. It either doesn't accept the gift card or won't let me use the gift card and pay remaining balance with my credit card. For whatever reason is takes me several frustrating tries to finally get it all situated.

This app is WORTHLESS! For the last 3 months whenever I try to access my rewards information I get "we are currenly unable to display your card and reward information. Please check back later" I think 3 months is plenty of checking back with NO FREAKING RESULTS! Thanks for nothing Old Navy...

Worst app ever. Does not work. All 1 stars for 6mos and they still haven't addressed it? That is crazy, complete waste of time. You could drive to store quicker than purchasing on this app.

This app could be great but its slow and many times when trying to make payments on my account I can't get past the income update request even though I've updated my income with them every time it has asked. Its frustrating!

Too slow and you have to back out several times. I can't even order on the app without it freezing or going to pages I never clicked on. This is not user friendly and as a budding UI/UX designer this is a horrible shopping app. No matter how many times they say they update and fix bugs it still runs the same with or without internet connection. Its hard to find items I want especially when it runs slow or freezes. I can't even zoom into to look at details on the product without it back me out of what I was looking at. If you're going to have an app to make it easier for customers to shop then you show really work on it actually being functional and not just for looks. I don't see how it has so many 5 star reviews when the first ones I see are all negative.

I prefer the website over the app (I don't mind the website and in my opinion it seems fast) but the app I purchased some things and I had to click continue order or place order at least 3-4 times before it connected. It's not too different in appearance than the website but the app is VERY VERY slow.

The worst app I have ever used. Annoyingly slow, and half of the buttons don't even work. Especially when you're checking out. The check out process took me about twenty minutes because no matter what line I clicked on, it would take me to a completely different one. When I finally got all of my information entered and went to place my order, nothing happened. I had to click the button ten times to get it to finally go through. Whoever you have hired to make your app should probably not be hired anymore.

Shopping on it is ok. My biggest gripe would be the speed. It takes forever to open. I have other store apps on my phone that open right away. Its also very slow in general. Makes me just want to use the website. Will probably delete app.

Hands down the worst retail so I've ever seen! Absolutely the SLOWEST, most SLUGGISH app I've ever used! A respected company like Old Navy should be ASHAMED for releasing such a piece of garbage! It is soooo slow it is unusable. I'm using a top quality device (Galaxy Note 5) and this app is a complete dog. Use the web site instead (which also is not the best - but anything is better than this junk app). The developers should all be fired. And ignore the 5 star ratings for this app - they are obviously bogus. Old Navy should be ashamed for allowing this to continue.... obviously they don't give a crap.

When you download an app for a store, you expect it to be easier to use than going to the actual website. This app stinks! Constantly makes you click on things that you do not mean to because it's loading. Takes forever to load items when you finally click on the right category. And forget trying to log in to your account... I love Old Navy, but their app stinks.

In theory the app was a good idea. However I can't believe such a good store would have such a low quality, laggy app!

Way too glitchy to have ever been released. Can't find anything because it keeps trying to make me look at things I have no interest in.

Incredibly slow and will not let me log in to my account. Keeps signing me out, telling me I need to reset my password, etc. An overall waste of time.

Everytime I try to go into something a certificate pops up n it says something about someone pretending to b gap. N that my personal information is at risk. Definitely not an app I want to keep if security is that bad. Glad I didnt add any info. Not to mention bad reviews for months and nothing is being addressed!!!!! Will b uninstalling. Someone needs to get it together. Do u know how much business u are losing???

Would love to be able to actually check out and shop on this app but it runs slow, is super glitchy, and won't even let me see anything except for the advertisements. Bug fixes need to happen.

The app gives me problems constantly. Extremely slow. Pics don't want to open. Some of the items offered example a pair of jeans. The pic only show a front view and not the back. Not a good app.

I don't know how they find this app acceptable for human use. I would be embarrassed as a creator. The username is case-sensitive (um, why?) You can't navigate within the app while logged in, you can't go back a page without being taken back to the beginning AND getting logged out of your account, it's slow, the list goes on. Scrap this and start over, please!!

I love old navy but this app is horrible and the most stressful app I've ever encountered. Somebody need to get fired whoever maintain this app. It took me hours trying to buy something when I click one item it take me somewhere else and I took so long to load. I hope they can fix this !

Worst app I've ever downloaded. Incredibly slow and has an error every few seconds that forces the page to refresh. It's impossible to accomplish anything. Don't waste your time, just use the website.

Things you minimally needs are installed in the app but sometimes hard to operates especially store locator and product searches. Loading speed is Little slow with weak wifi. It stopped couple times with Android phone.... room to improvement but overall it translates great fun of old Navy store.

Omg, Old Navy should be ashamed of themselves. This app is garbage. Way too much going on in it, the response time is terrible, and it's very glitchy...

Like most everything about this but lately, on both my devices, it's been running really slow and likes to crash and restart. It's pretty frustrating to scroll through everything all over again.

Too slow to even have it on your phone, interface is not user friendly, and just a waist of time. Easier to go on line on OLD NAVY website than use this app.

This app sucks! I am not able to browse items without it lagging and being soooo slow. I can't check out because it takes me back to the same screen over and over. Not purchasing anything from Old Navy until this stupid app is fixed!

Tried for an hour to buy tee shirts. Tee shirt page won't load. Guess I will go to amazon....I know their app works.

I have items in my cart, I'm trying to buy and the app keeps closing. Sadly, this is another store that will be going for bankruptcy because people are unable to purchase the goods. Do better Old Navy/Gap
