There are issues in multiple devices and payment option through mobile. Ola money app has no options to refill money thr desktop or pc or any of the bank netbanking. Not customer centric.

Ola Auto renew for the share pass was on silently. And later on randomly receiving money from a friend balance was auto deducted without notice. The amount received was way less than how much I lost on the auto renew. On opening the app months later requesting for a refund, was blatantly refused. Beware of all the hidden charges and "features".
