Ola cabs - Taxi, Auto, Car Rental, Share Booking for Android
After the latest update after i book than auto and take the ride with otp. I am not able to see the map and best route. Auto drivers take good advantage of this situation and use the longer route and we end up paying extra. This is not a healthy practise ola. Would recommend that this be corrected at the earliest
The Ola drivers never accept Ola Money. They always claim they get their payment at least a week late. Also, after the ride, it's shown on their phone that they have received a payment of Rs. 0. So, better work on that. Moreover, the previous system where we pay Metre price plus Rs. 10 is a million times better. Here, the app charges much more than that. Bring back the old system.
What the hell is wrong with these guys....once the booking is done for the "29rupees for 4 km" plan.... the auto drivers just call casually and tell they can't make it...does ola live to help customers or crucify them at the most crucial of times....and on top of all of this some drivers have the guts to ask extra money, over and above the actual cost....This company lives just to rip customers of their livelihood....and when drivers cancel the ride....why the hell should customers pay the cancellation fee....and not just once.....many many times....this company is disgusting to the core....
Please improve your algorithm of pickups and drops. Drivers close to a customer location have to turn back to pick another customer in a share ride as per change in the order of pickups. Due to this the customers in route won't be picked up and will be picked according to the order of pickups and drops which consumed time and fuel.
2017, I had used OLA extensively and had adviced people to do so too. Surge prices during high demand time, to your surprise I even understand that. But what is tough to understand is what happened in 2018, that you guys increased the fares by a minimum of 50 buck at every route. Your estimations are 90% wrong. And your app has suffered a great deal due to which I have already done, 3 reinstallation and 2 factory reset. I guess the success is too much for you to take. Please don't keep up this work!
People don't trust this app if you are in emergency, it can be used when u have lot of time to plan and travel but if u r in hurry don't even try it. DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD IT,SERVICE HAS BECOME HORRIBLE, EVER CC NUMBER DOEST WORK. Today 15th of Jan 2017, the above issues is the same and is still not resolved.
ola has very unprofessional drivers i booked a cab and driver left me in the road saying that i cant go to your destination because of some reason it feels like i am taking a ride in a auto. i expected ola driver tonbe professional which the ola driver proves me wrong. they are on top in providing pathetic services. Absolutely Pathetic Route Planning. Looks like they smoke up when deciding the routes. Predicitve timing. Shows 60 minutes and you actually end up reaching the destination in 95 minutes. Missed many important meetings because of this. Screw you guys I am using UBER now
Credit card is being used as mode of payment. Last ride due is cleared using the same card. This is confirmed by customer care just now. But I am stuck at the payment screen. Displaying payment is getting failed message. Tried reinstalling as suggested by customer care. But issue not resolved. Simply wasting 30 mins in the middle of the road. Ola customer care and app both good for nothing.
My ola account has been suspended for no reasons with all my ola money and share pass.. This is a very sad thing happening to me since I had been regularly using ola for 3 years.. very disappointing.. customer service is really poor..
Service is of worst kind. While traveling if driver misbehaves then pessanger can't even call police or customer support. Share rides are of worst to worst kind. It's all on drivers will, if you are reaching your destination safety. Delhi service is really pathetic.
Ola Auto much the convenience equally a trouble. Most of the Auto drivers are rude, unruly, arrogant and some of them cheat too. Ola customer support is of no use when you have specific issues. On email you get scripts response. Ola should discontinue Auto service.
I had bad experience with drivers and prices. Complained to ola support team. They blocked my account for no reasons. I have not seen such a worst transport privider. It should get banned
The price before booking is less than after taking the ride and when contacted for support the response was poor. It shown estimated price also less while the driver collected double the money after the ride as shown in the app. It is better to use Uber as it gives exact amount before and after taking the ride. The support doesn't work at all. I think the response is same for all inconvenience situations........ Automatic booking of cabs taking place. Plzz look into this issue
Thief what Ola has become nowadays. Longer routes, unjustifiable bills, arrogant and rude drivers are some of the Ola's service features you will encounter these days. Uber is far better
Ola autos are not accepting ola money and returning the deducted amount to the customer after cancelling the same. The reason they sight is too lazy transfer of money and too many miscellaneous deductions. Uninstalling the app as ola is least bothered to fix itself.
Absolutely poor service, cost is generally much higher than Uber, and if it is lower then, it's impossible to book a cab. Drivers tend to refuse a lot, most drivers do not speak the vernacular language, and of poor behaviour.
Good app of times bt now they behave like looters. Show 40-50 rs as estimate. Then if the bloody driver goes in some way we should pay 100+. Very bad..
After entering the home address still took its own random address even after pin dropping the location... Worse app to use gets u lost at d end of the day
Worst customer service. App showing payment due even after successful payment, the same has been confirmed by bank aswell. But Ola app showing payment page and no response from customer service since a month :-(
I use ola every day. Most times I have appreciated ola and ola drivers. But it's too bad that drivers cancel the ride as soon I say drop location. Shall I go to the place where I want to go or where ola driver wants to drop me? Please clarify this. Today back to back 3 drivers cancelled the ride. I could literally hear them laugh when I said my drop location. If they want to just chill with other drivers that's fine. But please don't assign them work and delay other people's important time. People like them bring bad name to ola.
Driver do cheating with customers for parking. No charge in Ahmedabad before 10 minutes but every journey they add 85 rs which is very bad. Before booking they don't tell that rs 85 levied by force to make profit to drivers. Ola support drivers openly so that they give less from Ola profit
Ola is making us fool. It deducts 5 times of the possible fare from wallet. Sometime it also shows distance 3 time high than actual distance. There are error while lodging complaint. Overall, to save us from online robbery, Ola should not be used.
Phew!!! It is next to impossible speaking to a customer service executive and resolve issues!!! Could Ola please provide an easy conduit so cuatomer can contact your customer service representative either by phone or e-mail? Thank you.
Ola drivers are horrible, coming up with all sorts of excuses just to save some extra money, may it be toll, or faulty navigation, or what not. I guess ola drivers should start to ask for extra money or better, beg for it, but drop us safely. What a shame, Uber is 1000times better. Never gonna book again in night.
one of the worst app .... drivers are so bad ... in behaviour .. they cancelled the ride... by their side. .. if someone is in hurry they dont care it all..... i m use to book 3 to 4 times cabs right now and they cancelled it... and because off this today i miss my flight .. ????
This application hangs most of the time. And be ready to give cancellation fee without any reason, several time i've been charged with incorrect cancellation fee and they dont even refund any money back, nor they provide any offers or coupons to the customer using it regularly. They are simply not a customer friendly company, "UBER" IS BETTER (quiet costly but at least they listen to their customers)
Worst services. Driver would cancel trip and money is deducted from customer. There is no way to contact customer care. Trip are costly than other service provider. Rates are increased without any reasons.
The final fare was much more than what it showed during booking. On top of it TAX was additionally added to the final bill. Paid 200 extra on the initial fare... disgusting!!!
Change your algorithm. work for passion not for easy money. Your cancellation fee must be re verified in some cases. Otherwise you'll be soon vanished.
Just a suggestion. Put the option of choosing a vehicle in the prime and also number of people. It gets difficult if the vehicle is not the size you want. But it's amazing Ola re ola
my fare shown was 29 the driver took a very long route plus he called me to his location and have to give 78 this is very bad service i want my 50 rs back very bad service and we get no response from the customer care uber is better this thing is called theft cant rely on ola i want to get feedback as soon as possible
Ola providing offer 29 Rs in 4 km currnetly in gurgaon. But when i book auto under 4 km.After my ride ,i have to pay approx 35Rs. all the time.when i contact with customer care,there is no solution yet.Even they do not rply in mail
It's been 5 to 6 days since I've been using your services in Nagpur city. One of your auto drivers named Suraj Moon was booked. When I told him where to go, he said 'ok' and after the call ended, Immediately canceled the ride. He's also weak at words. It's happened with me about 3 to 4 times and it's quite embarrassing for me. You should train your drivers to be polite and not be deceivers, otherwise veteran customers like me will have to switch to other avenues like Uber and Jugnoo.
No option to contact customer support. Fare charged was more than shown on app before. Click on the button but it shows unable to process. Uber has far better customer support service than ola.

We can't trust ola cabs. If we give 5 stars to the driver then cabs will be available otherwise cabs will not be provided. Very poor app. They are unable to find my location
Good but there is a need to add flexible route destinations. People need to travel through routes via some points and that is what missing here. You can charge as needed if customer seeks a via route option which is taking longer time than the shortest distance. Just like Google showing multiple routes to a selected destinations. This decreases the arguments with customers and drivers and gives enhanced support.
Worst app I have ever seen..i already paid cash to driver and still it is asking me to add money to driver...I am stuck of booking rides in oka since Nov 29. Uninstalled and reinstalled also doesn't help me and showing the same page to pay to that driver
