Two stars. Was annoying on my first phone, because it kept switching from a "mobile view" to a "desktop view" for no apparent reason. But it worked. Since the introduction of duo verification it's gone really bad. Nevermind the "do not check this device in the next 7 days" which gets ignored, but with my new phone (same number) I simply get into a loop of device verification which simply does not register on Okta's end. So I cannot log in, which makes the app completely useless. So, it's never been great, but now it's plain bad.

I didn't have a speed problem like others have reported. But Okta Inc seriously needs to hire a professional app developer rather than having the 13 year old of Susan in Accounting do it. There are no settings adjustment, can't alter browser, display is F'd. It's just terrible in its execution.

Can you say slow? But you have to say it like, sssslllllllllooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, and stretch it out for five minutes.

This app is very buggy. I'm an IT engineer and I can not logon. Uninstalling.

I can't log in and it's extremely frustrating

I am on android version 4.4.4. Did this version lose support for older android versions???? Can you please fix this or at least offer prior versions that were working as in my case. Thanks

everytime in order to see my apps, otherwise the screen is empty. Totally ignores the do not challenge me on this device for the next 7 days.

I can't log on as I have tried every site name and don't know exactly what they are asking for.

User name & password issue. No matter what I try it will not accept anything. Why can't you get it on an apple computer??

Outlook crashes, can not download attachments, cannot forward emails, app is useless on Android

No access regardless of the validity of the website and login, until it is actually functional this is useless. If I gain access I'll change my rating.

This is fantastic

I only used it because I have to through my employer to input my time and expenses. This app needs a lot of work you check the box for remember me but you have to type in everything every time you want to enter the app and it's a bit ridiculous.. also I cannot print from my computer and I cannot print stuff from my Android phone and the only way you can print is from an iPhone which I do not use because they are garbage so like I said this app needs a lot a lot a lot of work

The app is worthless. They need to scrap it and redo it. I have to use it through my employeer. You can clearly tell the only reason this system is around is because they have someone setting them up with contracts. The whole program and system is a joke! Rarely works, constantly crashes, completely user unfriendly. Who ever made it, made it in 5 minutes and stop caring because they got the contract. Run away if you don't need it!!!

Embedded browser is really terrible. Auth isn't working properly often (at least for Jira.) Hate apps which force you to use browser with limited functionality. Update: It's even worse than I thought. There is no way to follow dadadog URL in Jira. No history in browser. Tabs work weird. App is really useless.

I am not able to login due to the error "Detecting possible malicious while establishing a secure connection to Okta". I don't know how to proceed. Pls help.

I got a new phone and tried to log in... Kept asking me to verify!! Then I selected the push notification... 4hrs later still waiting!!!

at least outlook app is unusable, it redirects me to microsoft sign-in instead of the corporate one
