This app is bad M kay!

Not sure what's wrong at Disney but I've used this for a couple different companies and it works fine.

If Disney wants everything to be viewable on mobile device. Why does it need a computer to use an app.

Leave it to Disney to make us Cast members use another useless computer program/app. First Lilo, then this. Just like Lilo, I don't know what the creators of Okta Verify got for creating this system, but THEY SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN LIFE.

The push notifications never work, I always have to copy and paste the code. Push notifications are a big thing, and shouldn't be broken.

When I scan the code to register the app, it gives me failed to push registration. My mobile is nexus 5 . Please. Help.

This app only works a quarter of the time. When I get the push notification, I click "Approve" and nothing happens. I have to reopen and click "Approve" the 4 times before it finally sends the approval. Using Samsung S8+.

Push notification request from the app always says "Failed to ..." Retry. Very annoying app

Received notifcation through email since text was a dead link, and all it told me was a confirmation. No clue what login info is, qr code, nothing indicative of registering except for a confirmation email.

Work well, as expected. Yes, some time push did not show up but it is me who disable background data for this app.

It's good for the most part. But only when the app is running in the background or open, I will get the push notification. Please fix it so that I don't need to open the app everytime I need to see the push notification

When notification pops with an option of approve or decline , it doesn't work, but when I open app and click same it works fine.

It's not very reliable, specially when you're in a hurry!

Push notifications doesnt work properly. I use a phone with stock android 7.1.2.. it used to work with my old phone with lolli pop but i clicking on approve on the notification box does nothing. Sometimes push notifications are seen only after i open the app, yet i had to approve it atleast 3 times before i get through. Pls fix this.

If you are here you probably work for Disney. This app sucks and it doesn't work. Now we can't see our schedules.

Was working fine with Android N. But when I updated to Oreo today it stopped working and was getting crashed Everytime I star the app. Seems like a bug as uninstall and install back fixed the issue for me.

Post Xiaomi mi a1 oreo update it crashes all the time. I guess the app is not oreo supported yet. Please do the needful

Worst app and organization ever! Even though I use the same computer and browser it always tells me this is my first time logging in. Push doesn't work. And I just got a new phone which I downloaded this on. It's asking for a secret key which I don't have as the website did not show me any secret key or QR code. So yeah I'm locked out and need to wait until after the holiday to contact support.

Push notification does not work, have to enter code manually which makes the app somewhat useless.

This company has really changed. Everything Disney worked well. It's turning to junk, 5/8, handheld joke, new management seems to be doing everything wrong. This Okta junk is just another example. Doesn't work, junk.

If this app accidentally gets wiped from your phone, good luck trying to reset it. To access anything to reset it you need the push notifications enabled and if the app is gone, you can't get the push notifications. So essentially nothing can be reset or re-enabled without the app itself. Whoops.

Does what it's supposed to do (display a 6-digit authentication code). If you have issues, it's not the app's fault - it's your corporate IT that is having a problem.

Works great! Push notifications are fine, despite complaints from all the Disney employees XD Also has an Android Wear app which was a nice surprise.

Two major bugs. 1. App shows up push notification for two step verification, but there is no response on touching the notification. Unable to get through the verification process. 2. App doesn't open suddenly. This blocks the other way around to complete the verification process with the generated keys. My mobile is xiaomi mi a1. It runs on stock Android Oreo (8.0). This needs immediate attention as it makes the app useless.

Its so dumb how we can't look at our information now without a code. And it doesn't even work.

What does it mean that the app "prevents device from sleep"? Sounds to be a battery life concern.
