OIFC - KHEDMAH for Android
The app used to be very good, we could view and pay bills online, however now it has become very slow and is unable to retrieve the data. This is poor management and support they need to fix this issue ASAP
doesn't work at all just like the kiosks, online bm app payment and any online machine all do not work..just bm atm that works..very bad that no 1 cares to respond

Since the latest update this app has become useless ...can't see latest bill , not able to add any account and not even able to contact customer service
Can't pay any bill . All the time Showing :- something went wrong. Try again later.
It takes too long to load, and several attempts to view the bill. Dont get the use of It, rather go to a kiosk and pay quicker.
Very disappointing that they have removed the old feature in which you can view the monthly bills in PDF.
When viewing bills issue will be fixed. If not then no need to use this app to make payments

جماعة التقنية في أو أي اف سي ليش ما تعالجوا الاشكالية الفنية ما ممكن استخدم البرنامج في مشكلة ليش ما تفحصوا البرنامج..شو فايدته علما دخلت البيانات بدقة عدة مرات بالعربي ومرة بالإنجليزي لكن النظام لا يعمل كله لودنج. أرجو معالجة المشكلة.

شركة OIFC العظيمة...........للأسف تطبيقكم مثير للشفقة بعد التحديث الأخير. طبعا تعليقات المستخدمين تكفي لمعرفة السبب. الحين صرنا لا نقدر نشوف الفواتير في أجهزتنا ولا نستلم الفواتير الورقية على باب البيت مثل زمان!!
Previous version was very good after new update we cannot able to download and view consumption record.
Worst App....No periodic updates..... Can't generate reports .....Even the website is also not update since 2 monts
Why can't I view my usage anymore? I used to get the bill on my email and can view it in the app. Now I can only see how much and that's it

Since long I was searching so that I don't need to go even to swipe machines for utility bill...Best work. Kudos to those who did. I got OTP immediately. But best if we don't need to type Debit card number everytime.
The outstanding amount shows the current month's unpaid amount but the latest bill shows last month's paid bill. Why doesn't it show the current month's bill which corresponds to the outstanding amount?
I have problem in adding account no.
Looks nice but I can't view my bill. I scanned the barcode which it seemed to recognise but no details show up and it doesn't recognise the account number if I type it manually. Can't use it to make any payments.
I installed the app.. but still did not receive the OTP.. it should have been sent instantly to the user, letting him complete the registration process than keeping him waiting without any clue. So.. the next immediate thought would be, how to get rid of the app. It needs further improvement if at all it was designed for a better customer service. Thanks
Could you please help me to add my electricity account. Account number is Q82713. Once I added it but it is not showing in my OIFC account. If I try to add it again, it says already existing but not appearing in my OIFC account
Good effort. Nice layout. Installed and works but needs improvement on features and performance. 1) Needs to have info on the format required when adding electricity and water accounts. I had to try a few combination before it accepted. 2) Should have the option of being able to Edit an account if its added wrongly. Now only option is to delete and start again. 3) I noted payment history is wrong especially with electricity and water bills. its a month behind. Calculation of bill total also wrong.
The app doesn't recognise my diplomatic ID number, can't match it with my Bank Muscat credit card. After entering all the pertinent information to pay for electricity or water, transaction always fails. And guess what? Every time I try to send this comment through the app's Contact Us facility, it always tells me to "check" my "Internet connection." I guess the app developer isn't interested to know what it could improve on regarding collecting payments from people who do want to pay through this app.
Waited for OTP forever, useless uninstall the application, very strange how this application score 5 star from other people!!
Layout and looks are good. Cannot add any account. Tried for water and electricity, for both it doesn't accept the account number. Tried acc number with 0 and also without 0. It says error in account.
The app is not working. It keeps telling me "please check your Internet connectivity"! While i am already connected

There is a problem in electricity payment. Showing "no data found/ wrong account number" . It was ok but not anymore!
