SDA Hymnal

I just downloaded this app and try to use the settings and it's not working. I exited and restarted the app and tried entering the settings and it's still not responding. I think that I'm going uninstall this app from my phone.

The concept is great. the app is great. It frustrates me however that when the orientation of the screen changes the app reverts to the default hymn.. that's a turn off.

after using other hymn apps and not liking their usability, i was about to write my own. then i found this app. it is very well designed and has an excellent user interface allowing quick access to hymns. highly recommend.

The most recent upgrades have not been an improvement Totally deleted my favorites list. Also changed the favorites format without the ability to keep the original classic look.

Generally a very good SDA Hymnal however some songs are missing verses and you can't copy or paste in the in the editing mode. Too many hymns are missing lines, unnecessary double spacing in some and the midi for 341 is not correct. My biggest issue though is I normally play the tune and sing along with it but I FC I happen to turn my phone to horizontal from vertical the hymn stops and reverts to the default app hymn. Frustrating...

Now running, amazing features with sliding option. but keeps playing mid while i exit the app! Thanks but please fix this also.

The only problem with this app for me so far is the inability to pause.

Everytime the page rotates it goes back to a previous hymn. This is very annoying when you have to go back each time to re-select a hymn. Please fix this

Dislike the new update sorry. Totally ruined the app for me and my experience with it is no longer enjoyable to use. This was my fav app for hymnal until the new update, but now will have to uninstall. Deleted my favorites and the whole look and feel is just not great anymore. Liked the original theme, now it just looks so low rank.. But thank you for your efforts and ministry, may God bless you more!

The old look was far better. The tabbed view was cool. This new look is an experience spoiling thing. I like the app so much but now am looking for options. And the hymn Nearer My God To Thee midi is sounding nasty. Otherwise. May God bless your Good Efforts

I have tried other Hymnal apps but they do not have the music features I wanted till I found this one. It has the key signatures displayed, the author and best of all the MIDI. It was a nice app. I'm ecstatic to find that it has midi in the latest update. But when I tried to play it, it returns to my home screen. It doesn't work. Please fix this. Thank you.

Please make it so the icons at the bottom right are either transparent or disappear; they're in the way of the words.

New update needs getting used to, but still the great app it always has been. Interesting new features

VERY good revision/improvement on the "basic" SDA Hymnal App. Songs are easier to find and this app is WAY more responsive and less buggy. It also plays the songs so if your church has no musicians you can audio-out to the church's sound system and you now have a ready-made pianist/organist. Great!!!

Several nice features on this app compared to another hymnal app I was using. Some typos noted in a few songs and on one midi it did not play through for all the verses. Other than that, I really like this app.

I don't know if it has a sound mixer, I don't know what an Android wear is, nor do I care if it has song recommendations. It does have sections for categories, favorites, and a numeric index identical to the hard-copy hymnal. Now I Will tell you what I love. I love the simple intro of all 695 songs! played simply on piano or organ, with correct timing. The first song I played and the next dozen! ???? took me back to simple days of my childhood when I sat next my dear, saint-like, Grandma Marguerite Warden, in the Ann Arbor Seventh-day Adventist church. That's where I first heard & learned to sing then play on an old upright piano these beloved hymns. I can't thank you enough for this free app that I can listen to anywhere because no internet is necessary. I can connect to a Bluetooth speaker so others may sing along. I can sing along while I do housework, driving, or walking. These songs make me feel closer to God every day reminding me of the sacrifice Jesus made so we all, who choose, may "Meet Again" as in song #065. "God be with you til we meet at Jesus feet". Listen to both #066 and #065, #065 is the preferred melody and was my grandpa Clarkson Frederick "Fred" Warden's favorite song. I can't wait until we ALL, who choose, meet again at Jesus feet. Even without singing along, just listening lifts me to a higher place close to Jesus. I highly recommend this app to everyone!! God Bless Us, Every One,

This is the app that i'm looking for! Songs with some midi audio embedded! Praise God for developer of this app! How i wish i can donate but i don't have paypal! Sad! God bless you my brother!

Nice tool in a pinch and works rather well. I few little imperfections but I can imagine that they did not have a big budget. I like this app and use it when I don't have access to a book. I still like the book better ????????

Its great about the best, except for a bit more varity in the instruments used- organ, piano, pipe organ, guitar, drums, etc. Gives more pleasant varity, and the service comes alive in us praising God. Rather than just the piano and organ.

Great so far. I love the song "Come thou Fount of every blessing" but it has the wrong tune. Can it be updated?

Best SDA hymnal app! You can save your favorite songs, you.can play the accompaniment offline, you can.search via.title.or.hymn number, you can edit the words and save and.many more features! The file is light.

A great app! Easy to use, easy to find hymns quickly, nice layout. And I love how it has the music option so I can either sing along with it or play it and learn a new hymn easily. Much better overall than my previous app! Thank you for doing a great job! God bless!

The best I've found.. I've tried other apps but this one I find the most useful and intuitive. Searching for a Hymn title with key words is fast and gives the most appropriate results. Just feels rock solid and works as it's supposed to compared to the others ive tried

It's great! Small detail though. Some songs are missing part of a verse. Check it out. Once that's fixed will be excellent.

I don't like your graphics but you've pretty good ideology. Why not work on your graphic and make me "love it"?

The format is is for me to follow. Before the hymnals we're difficult to follow and understand. The font is easy to see as well. I like this version.

Love this app. It is so clean and organized. I especially love the favourites feature because it is so convenient plus I don't see it on a lot of other hymnals. UI is fresh and intuitive. Keep up the good work!
