MILO Champions ANZ for Android
3rd time I've had to reload this app as it freezea in a black screen. It's rubbish and a pain in the arse. Waist of $80 (2 kids) and it overstates the steps.
2017 review. This is an update. I have seen numerous updates come throughon the play store. Sorry but this app is still a disappointment. Strongly recommend giving this a miss. I am in IT and find this app not only difficult but also very flakey. Sorry Nestle but an organisation like yours should deliver better. It is 2016. People have been building apps for a few years now, so I am not sure how two organizations such as Nestle & ANZ can put out an app that misses the mark. The idea Is good but it just is incredibly slow, hasn't sync'd properly with kids trackers (lost data) and seems to be a battery hog. Wouldn't recommend it as it is now. Two days in and had to call support- so will wait and see what support is like.
Try to put my child birthday date in and keeps saying your pin code should be 4 digits

Doesnt work.
We have not been able to sync for 2 days, which is when we updated the app last so no championship points earned even though the goal was reached. Very disappointed.
Won't sync even with the band sitting on my phone and I've got one of the newest phones out. But yet on the Bluetooth setting on my phone says it can find the band, but this app can't find the band. Please fix
Keeps crashing and can't get into app. Which make the band useless
Horrible worst ever app, it just doesn't work which is the same feeling I have about the developers of this waste of a bloated 80Mb download. Can't get the thing to sync on phones or tablet let alone even get it to show the correct time. Looking at the reviews on here Nestlé should hang their heads in shame. I am so disgusted with Nestle and expected a lot more from such a big company, what a complete waste of money as the activity tracker is useless without this app. No wonder these things are basically being given away, total rubbish Nestlé. Shame, shame, shame.
Lots of people are saying that this app should get fixed. I think it should too. On my phone even if I have 4 bars it is still so slow. Mum got me the champions band for my birthday (which is today) and I really loved the band. But when I downloaded the app I was dissapointed because it was so slow to load and kept making my phone turn off. Maybe its just my phone or the app but whatever it is please fix it. I hope the next update comes out soon and that it helps me.
Unable to open the app, which makes the band useless as it came be synced. Have tried re-installing with no success. It does work on Apple devices
Rubbish. Cant get itvyo sync which means my daughter cant track how many steps she does daily. Fix the app please
Terrible. Excruciatingly slow and frustrating to use so don't even try anymore. Sometimes crashes. Please fix. Would be good if speed issue can be resolved.
Unable to do anything with this app. My child always gets disappointed every time it doesn't work which is always. He spends 3 hours trying.
The band itself is useful and the idea of the app is good, but a lot more attention should have been given to glaring bugs like NEVER syncing, which really makes the rest of the app pointless.
I cant belive it wont work any more what a waste of money ... it wont sync with tye champion bands anymore . Does no one look at the comments on this damn thing.
The app doesn't open. Can't sync the childrens steps! Not happy! Fix it please!

Keeps crashing. Wouldn't matter so much that the app doesn't work but we can't set up our son's band without it. He's pretty disappointed that it doesn't have the correct time and date. Plus the band could lose the "smiley" face, kids have enough pressure to perform without it hanging off their arm as well. A handy step counter is about all it is.
Tried and tried to install.. not working.. why should this app even ask to have access to my photos, files, location and all that other stuff its asking to allow.. not necessary.. bit dodgy on that sense
Always crashing! Can't sync, have reinstalled numerous times with no improvement. Please improve as you can't set up the bands without the app.
Absolutely crap!! My daughter's grandma got one for her for her birthday, can't sync to app, crashes constantly so can't change the time. Everyone is extremely disappointed. FIX IT!!!
Just like everyone else. The app wont load. Wasted time and money on the band. One disappointed 6 year old who has been looking forward to this for weeks.

Wont sync steps. Ive bought two and think I have wasted my money.
Not syncing steps. Tried and it reset the step count for the day on the device. Wristband works, but the app is total crap

Band won't sync keeps asking to set up new band. whenever it does sync it goes to 24 hour time even though int he settings it says 12 hour time
Never able to login. Keep requesting activation email but never get it. Would be good to login anonymously.
It never syncs. Difficult to navigate. Shuts down when opening the app. Don't know how anyone is using it.
Useless. Verification email won't come through and their support won't reply

Can't load the app
Was never great, but whoever designed the ui for this should go back to design school...and send the developers and testers back to university. Poor user experience and doesn't sync with band. In fact doesnt even recognise the band and tells me to set up a new one which doesn't work. Poor form.
CHRISTMAS RUINED WHEN THE ONE WISH IS NOW A USELESS PIECE OF JUNK. WOULD HELP IF APP DID NOT CRASH -EVERY TEN SECONDS. DISSAPOINTED. WANT A $40 REDUND AND LIFE SUPPLY OF MILO. Shameful.
Registration process doesn't send email to verify. Tried dozens of times via android and iPad. Get this sorted!
Very disappointed!! My parents just gave my 6yo & 3yo sons the Milo Champions Band each and they were so excited to use them. I can't set them up as the app won't connect to the Internet so what a waste of time and money! Not happy
Just got one for my son as a gift for doing well at school. Very disapointing to a 7 year old that he can't use it because app wont connect to internet to allow us to sync for first time. If i had realised it was this much trouble wouldnt have got him one. Hope you fix soon otherwise will return to shop.

I got some cards too scan but I cant get through the sign up bit and the code at the very last bit I dont know what it is. I check my massaging there was nothing in there I check the all of mu emails but still no code. Help me pls
