Whack!! I thought I was meant to get N2,000 off for referral but it was just N600. You need to be more explicit with these things! Ummpt!

I had issue with wrong debit from my account. I made a report to the Ogataxi team. It's been 2 weeks since I filed the complaint and as at time of writing absolutely nothing has been done. Service is so so crappy.

I was charged from my card after being paying cash again and no customer service option. I was also logged off from the app

This app is in infancy, in a beta stage and is way too early for full launch, however, it has promise if all the short comings can be sorted.

Your​ recent claim to be 40% cheaper is false. I suppose you mean when "pooling" is used it becomes 40% cheaper. Well, your competitor is now 40% without pooling.

Been stuck up with the otp code , no code was sent to my phone been waiting for 40mins now just to complete the registration. You guys should fix this issue it's not cool please.

So that's how i decided to try oga taxi....i just wasted my time wating for a driver to be assigned ..finally i got a crap message ...smh...

It is bullshit, the drivers are so relaxed like they are drinking beer in a beer parlor, they pick their calls like it's a call from Bae and they aren't everywhere.

It's so bad that no one can call u people or chat through whatsap, do something about it

So I think you guys are here to rival Uber right, but I doubt you can with your price being the same, trust me, Uber has the goodwill, brand and trust which is very key to allowing a stranger pick you up. From a business point, I doubt it will hit if you guys don't 'burn cash' to gain market share... Just my thoughts

If you want to get somewhere in good time and not break a bank. Oga taxi is the company to call. Their drivers are polite and quite professional. (Once I complained that a driver Mr. Kelvin was driving too slow) he looked in the rear view mirror and smiled then said "madam safety first". Even if I was in a hurry, I calmed down because he was simply doing the right thing. As for their Admin team...Hmmm they work tirelessly till they get you in a car. They even call you sometimes to find out how its all going

Registered for months and I can't use the app I can't get the sms to complete the registration.
