I was waiting for IBQ to make an app. I assumed that because it has taken this long for them to make one was because they put a lot of effort in it. Turns out I was wrong. It's an under par app that needs a lot of adjustments. Very disappointing to see IBQ take this long to create a rubbish app, and rubbish is the nicest thing I can say about it. Too slow, aesthetically unpleasant, and most of all, it's not very user friendly.

I just downloaded this application. My request is bit different. Is it possible to set a password which is different than the normal one in mobile application? Iam not feeling comfortable to open my main account in a mobile phone with all the rights to withdraw or transfer cash. What iam requesting is an option where I can get into the account with watching permission only. Must not be able to withdraw the cash or manage the whole account. I must be able to open, check transactions but not too deep.

Am very surprised that you guys were the last bank in Qatar to make a mobile banking app and you ended with the slowest app for banking I ever seen ,please make sure that the app works properly because there will be a lot of people depending on it specially that it concern their money .

Appreciate your entry, however it could have been done in a better way.This app is very slow. Gets stuck almost every time. Always show "Can't connect to Server". Please update to rectify.

I felt happy about the new launch of mobile app. After installing, it doesn't work...IBQ flower keeps on blooming after entering login id and pwd...finally no response

Looked for a service request to transfer money and couldn't find it. I then logged out and looked in the guide for the app. The writing is so small that it was extremely difficult to read. The usual way of zooming in on my Samsung phone did not work. After squinting at the screen I managed to see in the guide that it should be possible to do it, but on going back to the app, I found that the action to make a transfer was in fact not available. As far as I can see, you can't do much useful with this app.

Not even getting logged in...going to blue screen and that's it....tried with wrong credentials also and app simply accepts and going to same blue screen..crap

The UI seems overly simple and even with a good 4g signal it stalls and crashes alot

I don't know yet the options of this app as since I installed it, it never started. It always freezes once I get my username and password in.

I dont know which developer IBQ hired for these app. but i think they should fire them.. and they should delete this app from the play store. WORST!

I was surprised that the bank didn't have an app yet, and when release one, is the worst app ever.

It's a shame it doesn't work. Neither for Android nor Apple. How can they release an app which is totally useless? UPDATE: On iPad it's working, but not on any Android device at home. SHAME ON DEVELOPERS. UPDATE #2. I found out that the reason why the app was not working on my phone was the default language setting; as soon as I selected English, it worked fine. Anyway, this glitch should be fixed right away, please.

It is taking ages to load after entering username and password. Forced to restart my phone but nothing is happening. IT department your game is still down pull up your socks please. Seriously waiting for the new update. International transfer link is not working. When clicking on it shows no records found. My question is How do you add beneficiaries and which link do I supposed to follow to make an international transfer?

"Your device is not allowed to use this application" Kindly check into this error, thanks
