I really appreciate to the team for the implementation. But need to improve the design and user facilities. Some functions are not working properly. Every time coming error msg and sometimes app will close automatically. This app we are using for our banking purposes then it should be easy and able to trust. Don't tell to us inform to your technical team you can inform to them and you guys can do the improvement on this app. Don't let us disappoint with this app. You guys can check the private banking apps and can take ideas from that. Now you're charging for the every transactions. Why you're going to earn money from every sides?

Much awaited app hopefully this will bring Bank of Ceylon from Stone age to Modern era. Much easier to use this on mobile device for faster transactions. Good work by the bank and thank you......! Please don't discontinue the older we interface as that is much easier in desktop and for web surfing requirements. Hope you add more

Very disappointed and time wasting app. Previous browser based method was kind of helpful than this thought that also not much up to standard. I had to wait for a whole week to get the new password reset althought i have tried all the options they gave yet it said user id blocked. With a great difficulty fixed it. I think better to go to the bank physically and do the transactions than wasting time on this app.

This is more awaited app. But This App Not User Friendly. Online Banking via Web Browser is More Easy. Im Using NTB Mobile Banking its Very Nice and user friendly. Please just check NTB app and Improve This App Please

3rd class app from 1st class bank. Good concept. Poor design and not user-friendly. Several function not working properly. Developer should test such a app before launching. How can we trust this app for manage our money.

Waited for this type of app from BOC.But it seems this app is on testing period, some features are not working properly, also not user friendly as boc web online banking. This is an idea to implement BOC online banking web interface to this app.

Much waited to get this but find many difficulties. I unable to add third party account it always give an error it's invalid mandatory where all the are details correct. The web version was much easier and convinent. Need help to get back to web version. Where easily can add third party account and transfer money.

This is a useless app. Its not user friendly. old web site is very easy. now charge 20rupees for SLIP transactions done by mobile app. Previously its free. mobile app has lot of bugs. Please keep old web site for use internet banking for us. Its 100% good and easy more than mobile app.

Worst app ever. The previous web based system was way better. The servers are busy most of the time. So can't login. There is no feature for mobile reloads as well. Disappointed ????????????????

Please do not discontinue the older web ebank version which is very simple and user friendly. This oracle rubbish is a real pain. Giving us a mobile banking android app is good but need improvements.

Whoever designed this app have never heard of "user friendliness" and need to start learn UI/UX design from kindergarten. Cannot beleive leading bank like BOC introduce this kind of app in 2018. Really dissapointed. New web site is equally or more worst. Switched back to older version after using it couple of days though it was from stone age. Technology is meant to make life easier not to make it harder.

This is not user friendly..BOC is lagging alway behind though it itself says that is the robust bank. If they want to launch realistic app.. It must take thousand years this bank is not customer orientated or customer responsive

Much different from previous internet banking. But, Interface not attractive to users and not user friendly. Bill payment history couldn't be filtered separately. Please consider to facilitate this.

In my opinion, poorly designed app just like the current online web app. When I was asked to update the password, it kept prompting wrong password although I had typed in the correct password. Now, my account is locked and even unlocking the account doesn't work after entering the OTP. It's about time I stop my account n credit card with BOC. As usual, nobody is picking up the damn hotline.

I am a graduated one from computer science Eng. Purpose of mobile app is being more easy to use than web application. You guys introduced new system which is more complex than previous one and now app that take hours to finish a small task!! Please take some time to make this app user friendly

One of best app I have, simple, fast, user friendly. Even you can unlock within seconds when you forgot password. Really great work.

Hated this app. Always send an error message saying "Request cannot process please try again later." The app is very slow. The UI is not user friendly. Characters are too small and sometimes out of the screen. Terrible app. I uninstalled it from my OnePlus 3T phone.

Log in to my account was unsuccessful with my current password . Now that "User is loked" Unlock user is not working ,they've sent an OPT which will not verify Total disappointment
