Offpeak

Booked n visited 1 of the shop but was denied the booking. Informed they not longer using offpeak. But now after 1 week I still can see the shop in the app. Kindly update with the merchant!!!

Offpeak app serves its purpose and performs well. It deserves a 5* if it could be changed to store in phone sd card as some phones could be running low on its internal phone memory. Tq.

Downloaded this app for dining experience at Bali Feel KL Gateway but unable to use... wasting my time...

cheat apps! booked cheese u for 20% discount, shown to waiter, he said can use. but when the bill came no discount! offpeak notification disappeared. end up no proof to show and restaurant told me to snapshot the booking notification. what a craps! end up just given 10% discount after bargain. i will never trust this app!

With the new feature, most of the cafe/rest in the list require people to have at least 4 or 8 or 10 then only can book. This is such a discrimination! U think everyone eat in large groups meh?? Used to be my favorite app to get discounts when trying new cafes. But now, bye2, I'm uninstalling. No function oredy.

The app takes has some faulty technical glitch. I can't seem to open the app. The previous version was much better. Please get it fixed offpeak

I have been using it with no issues all these times until the last update. Now the list of eateries are all from Singapore and the price in S$ when I'm a Malaysian. I can't find how to set it to my state and Ringgit currency. Please advise.

It takes about 10 minutes to load the first page when I'm running on 4g. It is very laggy,slow and buggy.

Booked the slot, went to the restaurant. End up telling me that I should spend at least RM 50 in order to get the discount which didn't mention in the terms n conditions.

Service became tremendously bad once u inform the restaurant you are using this app...

Laggy app

Need major facelift with functional features. Not user friendly. Search engine sucks, suggestions suck, can't add restaurant to fave list etc... Basically this app makes me use offpeak lesser than before.

The tabs to select booking time are missing! Didn't work even after reinstalling.

Disappointing to say the least. The App keeps crashing, such a painful experience to use after wasting data to update the app. Missed out on 2 x 20% discount on food cos we couldn't proceed with our booking via OffPeak. Deleting this!!

Was trying to use it for a 50% deal but couldn't load despite trying for about 20 minutes and had to settle the full price!! Gonna stay away for good. Thanks but no thanks!!

Can't show nearest and suddenly changed my app language to Vietnamese, I totally don't understand all the words at all and Dunno how to change back to English. Gonna uninstalling this.

Cannot find the cancellation booking tab.

Worst update ever. Riddled with bugs. You guys took a perfectly working app with a clean m simple interface and broke it all by revamping it. Please fix. Judging by the comments here I'm not the only one who's finding it painful to use the updated app
