TC Offline - Free, No Ads for Android
This app is FREE and includes NO ADVERTISING (beyond what the website itself may reference), allowing you to focus on Thought Catalog.
FEATURES
- Reimagining of Thought Catalog design:
Articles are custom-formatted to be mobile-friendly. The app implements modern Holo design elements throughout. Looks great on tablets as well.
- Offline access:
The 25 most recent articles posted to Thought Catalog are available through the app, and will refresh on-demand or every 24 hours.
- Easily share with friends:
Share each article via text message, Gmail, Facebook, Reddit, etc.
-Intuitive navigation
Simply swipe from left to right to navigate between articles. No need to deal with clumsy buttons.
- Light on data, heavy on entertainment:
The app's minimalist design theme is reflected in the use of system resources; the app generally uses less than 30 MB of RAM. The app will refresh articles only when you want -- when you manually refresh the articles, or when you open the app (if the articles are more than 24 hours old).
- Continue browsing online:
Easily continue reading when you have exhausted the articles available on your phone.

Anywhere i go i can always read on something which interests me. No bugs or anything. Simple yet informative! Good way to kill boredom
Great apps ;)
Totally awesome!
This is amazing!
The title bar takes up too much space that could be alloted for the article. And only 10 articles are available?? Hoping for improvements! Thumbs up!
Whenever there is a video on an article, it displays "error occured pls try to view this video on youtube" ,Add bookmarking option, title bar right now is taking too much space, make more articles available at once
I love it!

I could only access 20 articles. That's it. Wish I could access more, especially old articles

This app is definitely worth your time, so download it. Great stuff guys, can't spend a day with out it.
Can we have Bookmarking option to save articles for later reads?
i love the articles i can relate to it
Simply awesome!
I love it!
Very gud
Nice and awesome
Great
Life is good again!
I love TC offline.. My suggestion though, that perhaps you could add option for some access to older archives. These 25 offline articles loaded sometimes are just not enough for my reading, and if I were to reload there usually aren't much new article - or none at all. Thanks!
Totally awesome!
I have not come across any bugs yet with my SG3. No FCs either. App works well, it's clean, although not visually appealing - which may actually be a good thing as simplicity can sometimes be better, therefore keep it from being overwhelming. Only suggestion would be to allow the user to change from 10 articles to load to something of their choice. Otherwise this limitation is not a big deal. Keeping images from loading is a great idea. +1
As thought catalogue should be

The app should showcase more articles and have the ability to search for old articles. An option to login, save favorite articles, and go to specific authors would be great too! Also would be nice if pictures seen on site and in articles popped up in app (don't have to open link to view).
