Official Payments

App hasn't been updated since August of 2014. The website is the only valid outlet to make payments of any kind. Until this app is updated, don't bother installing it. The app is as useful as a paperweight that can't hold anything down.

No significant separation of payments by year. IRS & I spent over 100 hours trying to resolve the refund. Turned out one of the payments was 4 years old & both the IRS & I missed it twice. OP states they only show payments up to 1 year. Online shows the problem better than this app. You would think the app would ask for the TY. Just use their online!!!

Tried to make my federal payment multiple times and all I got was a server issue notice. I wish they would upgrade this app.

Its called official payments, but I am not able to make payments to the entity I need to. Pretty absurd

My app was not convenient for me at all like I thought it was going to be so I had to make a payment on the website!

When trying to make a federal payment it errors and says "item not found".

Will not go to Federal level to make payments. It actually go out of app to make fed pymt. Don't need this app.

Just like you sent notifications for the app, please send notifications when Fed Payments are available on the app, not the website.

Card is saved but shows it is not there. Says company I am trying to pay does not accept credit card. App is worthless.

This app is useless, it keeps telling me to add my credit card information despite the fact it's already saved. I go to save it anyway, but then it says there's an error because the information is already saved to my wallet,but it won't let me use my wallet to pay.I keep going to add my bank info like the routing number and the account number. But it won't let me do that either. it just will not save any payment method, .and it will not accept any payments on my behalf! used to be an okay app, what happened

I have used Official Payments for years on their website, however this does not function at all on any of my Samsung products. I will not accept payments on a credit card unless your card is saved in the application wallet, but it will not save that info without an error. Effectively, this is a useless application.

Have had to call cust. serv. EVERYTIME I've used this app!!!!! Twice, my payment did not go through and I was unaware of it!

FEDERAL TAXES 2011

Tried to make federal tax payment via app. Notification said that I needed to be directed to the website to complete. When I agreed, it sent me to screen that just said "retry" repeatedly. Nice app.

It keeps saying my password is incorrect right before I get ready to pay... Please fix

Great app. This app is fantastic! It's painless and easy to navigate. Has all the pertinent features for you to handle your business. I really like it.

Every other payment type can. Fix that, and it'll get five stars. Poor experience to write an app that just links you to a mobile website.
