It's decent. When switching sites, the flash does not work on the second site. Have to shut the app down and restart to get flash. 7/7/17 This problem is going on three months now. When using the flashlight through the application, it causes it to force close. The flashlight is essential especially when working at night. Also, the location is, at best, sometimes. Meaning, I would have to turn off my location and turn it back on, then MAYBE it will scan the QR. Please fix.

Almost useless. Nearly everytime I press scan qr code it closes itself and automatically erases all my previous scans.

Needs more types of categories of reportable events. Ever since the latest "upgrade"...every time I take a picture doing a Field Inspection, it knocks me off-line and I have to log in again.

The app has a lot of nice features and works well for the most part, it'll sometimes glitch and log me out of the app when I'm in the middle of a shift which then wipes clean any previous scans I had logged before hand. Other than that not a terrible app.

App keeps shutting down by itself over and over again, and it makes me re-log in, over and over again. Very annoying fix what ever problem this is. UPDATE....Ever since the update the app will not connect! I need this for work what's the problem?..unusable! UPDATE... 02/17/17 while scanning QR codes app flashlight does not turn off. Tried closing app still nothing, had to restart my phone had to do this 6 times... The app works now but they messed up the flashlight.

Don't like it. Because am being forced to use it. It's stupid guards who screw up the integrity and forcing everyone else to suffer because of their mistakes. Now I'm being tracked and have over 18 tags to hit on a small site. Took 10 minutes to patrol, but now it's 30 minutes to hit tags n scan. Screw your app. My privacy is invaded while at work. Tracking my every move.

When I press the Scan QR my regular camera opens up instead of the Scan camera. Unable to scan QR markers. I have an android Samsung s6 phone.

It looks good but staff found to complicated. And after asking for trial to cancel they advised me they will not remove private data of their database. THIS BREACHES PRIVACY LAWS IN OUR COUNTRY. So won't be able to recommend this app. It's free until you go to log in. Please remove Free as app won' work uless you sign up.

The app is a good utility. But since my latest update the flash does not work in tour tracker any longer.

Overall great app, but scanning QR markers is shaky at best using a Galaxy Note 4.

User friendly

While the app is overall very good, and very stable on newer phones, I've noticed that it drains a tremendous amount of battery, even when in the background, while you're logged in. Also, the character cutoff in Incident Reports really needs to be increased badly. All that said, it does most of what I need it to most of the time, and deserves four stars for that.
