About Office Punch Clock
Office Punch Clock is an application that works in the similar way of a usual punch clock.
The application can be used on a shared device for an entire office or small business, where employees
log when they arrive at work, go for lunch and leave from work.
Office Punch Clock works with NFC(Near Field Communication) tags or
devices that can be configured with the application. Every employee
gets an unique NFC-tag, which is easily created with the app, that they simply
show to the device with Office Punch Clock and choose their activity.
The employee data is secured on a local database on the device where it
is easily exported to a csv-file that is readable by a spreadsheet
program such as Excel.
The activities are logged to a database with the users own identification
number, time & date and type of activity. Exporting the database to a csv-file
is easy and enables the user to store backups of the database and calculate
the work hours of users.
Office Punch Clock is a simple but necessary tool for businesses where the use of
a mechanical punch clock is in need of an upgrade to the digital age.
The application is tested and developed on Nexus 7 which fulfills the
requirements of the application at a reasonable prize.
In addition to a NFC-supporting device you will need NFC-tags that
can be found at a reasonable price online.
Application features:
-Configuration of NFC-tags
-Logging user activities to a secure local database with unique NFC-tags
-Creation and management of users
-Exporting of databases to csv-files

I figured this out. Click the menu button on your device when in the program, click tags. Type in a user name and hit the active box then hit "new user". put the nfc tag to the back of the device (nfc has to be on) and bam. New person setup. Very cool program. Took me a minute to figure it out too but once I did, it made sense.
