Doesn't act right. Flickers when I click of certain things. Had to restart my phone. O stars if I could.

It's great and works 100 percent of the time.

When i try to see my rewards it aak me to sign in (although i am already signed in)then the app keeps saying it can't find my server. That's frustrating. Also kind of ridiculous that you can only use 1 coupon per visit. This makes you have to check out several times. Other then that I love the store and the prices.

What part of deselecting marketing push notifications is confusing to these people? I don't want them. I turned them off. I just got another one.

Great app...able to save my printer. That makes ink purchases quick and easy. Also ability to save several payment options

I am able to search for specific products and filter for characteristics that I am looking for. The app makes it easy to find what I am looking for and quickly.

Love the deals

There are far worse apps. Upfront I work for OfficeMax and the app is useful enough on its own, I only use In store scanguns and inventory database if it's something I really don't know. It's that well put together. The hidden features relating to ink finder are very handy. I sometimes end up selling the customer more on the app than an item In the store. It's not perfect but no app is.

I cant search product availability using the 48823 zip code. I get an error 'Please provide format City, State' Also what is with the typos for adding an HP printer?? One option is "laser printer/copier/fax printer/[null]/[null]" and another is "laser printer/copier/fax printer/copier/fax" also why on the add a printer selection page is the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdn named LaserJet Pro M477fdn. It is missing the full name.

Received an email from Office Depot, telling me I have $20 in Reward Certificates available. And to download the app to receive on smartphone. Did this and no certificates available on app????

The only thing I would like to be able to do is add my business number to get my discount without having to shop strictly in the store to get it. Most times I'm going to choose in-store pickup instead of shipping, even if shipping is free. I can be impatient. After I've bought something, I don't want to wait for it if I don't have to.

This is completely bullshit ! Don't believe in this. i just spend $240 for two toners plus puck of coffie and we are not reseive any discount. Plus when we going to the store 270 s fediral Hwy, deerfield beach, fl thay still have promotions from previous WEEK on display. and of course cashier sad "sorry i just doing my job, i don't know why is old promotion still there". Office depot works horable for my opinion!

I downloaded the app just a few minutes ago so I don't know a whole lot about it but from what I've seen it looks pretty awesome! I did see that my reward is there! Hopefully the experience will be just as good as my experience with the online store! Happy shopping!

I'm having a hard time finding out my credit card balance I also. Don't have the option to pay my credit card bill

It would be nice if this app were tablet optimized. Android is a multi-device ecosystem after all, guys.

Why do I still get notifications about holiday deals when I have all notifications disabled? Go away.

Not user friendly when trying to figure out how to save images to be printed at the store. The sales person at the print counter wouldn't even knowledge that I was standing right in front of her either. Deleting app and going to FedEx Office.

Simple, easy, and saves money n time especially during the holidays!
