هذه الزيارات تتم بخطة سنوية معتمدة من الوزارةوقد تصل معدلات الزيارة الى زيارة واحدة فى العام بالكامل .

مكتب علاقات العمل والشكاوى :-
يختص ببحث الشكاوى التى تقدم من العاملين والعمل على حلهابالطرق الودية وتسوية النزاعواذا لم يتمكن من حل النزاع وديا يحيله الى اللجنة لتحكم فيه .
مكاتب التوظيف:-
وهوالمختص باستقبال طلبات اصحاب الاعمال ويسجل العمال المتقدمين للتسجيل وترشيح الشخص المناسب فى المكان المناسب .
اتجهت كل من مصر والسعودية فى السنوات القليلة الماضية بالاهتمام بتطوير مكاتب التوظيف واستقلالها عن مكاتب العمل .
