Fun and great way to sell, needs improvement. Showing items well out of selected distance, which wastes my time! Claims Kissimmee is just 29 miles from St Petersburg, when it's 90! Needs to show price and item title on search page, like it does online. Should show link to view sellers other listings on the item page.

Offer up used to be a great tool to sell off used but cheap items. Then they made it pay to promote your items. I haven't sold a single item since. Maybe it's just my luck recently but I can't recommend this app anymore.

Im not in Kansas... But for the last two days offer up has been showing me items from Kansas as well as PA, WA and a few other places that aren't Los Angeles, where I live. And no I haven't changed any settings on my phone in months. It's basically made the app useless for me.

When posting an item, I have to scroll through thousands of pictures on my phone now because Offer up thinks it's a good idea to the remove picture folders from the app. Who is making these stupid changes? Stop messing with something that was working fine.

This app has become a psychological Cookie monster for ads. Any given full screen has at least 24% of the page being ads from what you recently looked at. It was routers, then I accidentally clicked on a tool and immediately every ad was from home Depot. 3-4 things from the 12 things I see on screen shouldn't be ads. This is ridiculous and it's just going to get worse with everything we do digitally.

This app is not reliable. Have tried numerous times to contact a seller, but never got a response.filled a couple of complaints. The only response I got from the site was a canned response. Then I see other items from the person I have been trying to contact appear. Site takes no action. I think I will dump the app

I've had some success but the base group of people is relatively small also the day you post the short while after, you're on the top things after that, you are kind of lost in the shuffle unless somebody specifically is looking for what you have. haven't found it's the absolute best place to sell anything. I have listed about a dozen things only sold one. people often inquire and then don't respond. so it's a helpful site but not the tip top best.

Ive been selling on Craigslist for years and doing well. The community for OfferUp is the WORST though. Literally 90% flake rate. The app is designed well but for whatever reason the community is horrible, no exaggeration.

19 out of 20 people will claim they will buy your product and then flake out on you. The community of this app is complete TRASH. Do not get your hopes up for anyone saying they will buy whatever you're selling. People will wait literally last minute just to tell you some bs, "Oh actually I dont have enough money."

For about a week now, I haven't been able to access my offer up account. I tried via web browser and same result. Idk why but I'm starting to think I've been banned for some reason. I've never did anything wrong. Trying to sell my phone and a guy replied to me the other day and I'm pissed that I can't get back to him.

I like the app but just recently when I launched the app it only shows offerings in Chicago problem is I'm in St. Louis. I checked all location settings and they are correct. Don't know what's causing the issue

This app is just like Letgo except that it's over run with businesses spamming customers with items falsely priced at $1. If I wanted to buy items from a company, I'd look on a companies website or Craigslist. I'm using this app to buy used stuff for reasonable and transparent prices. Not sort though spam just to find one or two of the item I'm searching for.

Offer up was my best way to sale items. But just like othere users said, when they started the pay to promote your items, I haven't sold one thing. I wouldn't recommend this app with this problem.

App won't save my location. I live in San Diego, always showing items in Los Angeles. For 2 days now, it appears I've moved to Arizona (Nope). Even refreshes to every location EXCEPT San Diego.

The only time I get a notification from offer up is when OfferUp sends a generic promotional notice. I never get notified when I get an offer or a message from an interested buyer. The only time I know about the alert is when I look at my emails or go into the app itself. I want to be notified on my phone with every offer up alert!

The app doesn't let users turn off vibration for notifications, and it's incredibly annoying. Also, getting back to messages, when the app is running in the background is impossible - it just never loads, and forces you to close it and open again. PLEASE, please make it extremely clear for the entitled brats that it's not an online store, and that when you want to buy something, you are expected to pick it up (at least halfway) - NOT get it delivered. The number of kids asking for discounts and then casually expecting a delivery is unbelievable! Please, encourage effort on the buyer's side.

Keeps saying my location is a city 30 miles away that I never even go to. Won't post my items and when I reach out for help, my issue isn't fixed. VERY frustrating

Over all good idea, however the idea is poorly executed. Needs to let you have better control of what you list for sale, renew posts, add more pictures, etc. Aside form that everyone on their is selling their junk that won't sell on CL or the FB marketplace and low-ball those selling quality items. The messaging system needs some work. Lots of bugs, also needs a new notification tone.

Hate the update that doesn't let me select folders to find specific pictures. I have to scroll all the way down to find them all in one place. I have my pictures organized by folder name and with this you can't see folders. Allow me to access them in such manner. FIX IT

There have been many issues going on lately. My location will not save. It shows me things from out of state. I do not know if the people I am trying to complete a transaction with are getting my messages. It is to difficult to talk with support. And they do not read what you send them. I have not had any issues until last couple of months. It is obvious that offer up dies not read their reviews. They would know what is wrong and fix it. Update issues still ongoing after last update!!!!!! No word from support. Contacted several times

I've been using this app for the past 10 months and I loved it but recently it's not allowing me to post items or send messages. I've missed out on some pretty sweet deals because of this and it makes me angry. Can someone please fix this so that I can be a happy user again.

I actually love this app, but it's not allowing me to log in, so for the last week I haven't gotten notifications. Not sure if it's because of my phone or my version, but it's saying error that it cannot process log in. Thanks! I'll change my review back when it works again!

Dear OfferUp, For over a year I have been using this app and the wife and I absolutely loved it. My wifes account has been deactivated and she doesnt even know why and now me along with a friend of mine (so i know its not the IP adress) are not recieving notifiactions and it shows that no one can view our offers. I was bragging about this app telling everyone I knew how nuch I loved it (basically promoting your business for FREE) Some people replied with "whats offerup?" so I told them, downloaded the app for them and showed them how to use it. As of now I am not happy and Im extremely upset. Ive been trying to purchase a new Iphone for my wife but I can't becuase like I said no one is replying which is odd becuase this has been going on for sometime now and my recient posts have not been viewed which is very strange. Please fix so my family can be happy users again.

Great app. It's so popular now it hard to sell. Must be devoted to reposting your stuff. No one pays attention to your "firm" price so that's annoying. Otherwise it's a good place to brows during down time.

Worked good before. Now no one can see my post. Dont get replies to any message also cant see my posted product after I post it. Fix this and then 5 stars.

I tried recently to bump 2 items that havent sold for a while. After paying, and monitoring for a few hours they never moved up in position near the front of the list. Robbed!

No issues whatsoever... At first. Then I had 28 5 star rated sales on here, I don't rip anyone off, I'm never rude, but it's like they deactivated my account. it'll let me post but no one sees it. Had my buddies look up my product, can't find em. I've email support multiple times and nothing. Some run of the mill bulk reply. So tired of trying to make this work, if it's not fixed soon I'll never even look bsck, off to FB market place I will go.

My OfferUp has not been working! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling! Looking through settings! Even reset my entire phone thinking I probably moved something..I can't send messages and Can't receive I even tried creating a new account and still didn't work..WTH IS UP OFFERUP?!?!

Who knew when I started 3 years ago I would have sold over 800 items, have made and my new extra added income has changed my life, Thank you offer up and Thank you to all of my past present and future customers. Happy Holidays to all of you from us at Bay Area Items.

It "was" great, now can't search by zip code. Only works using device GPS. Too bad , after making several purchases I'm OUT ,

This app is bad ,has not been working for months ,I cannot get any notifications since I've had this ,I can't make any offers or anything. I even emailed to get help and still no response.

Decent app as far as resale apps go, but it's still probably pretty easy to get scammed and no matter what you search, the majority of the hits are businesses instead of personal accounts that are listing something that only vaguely represents what you searched if at all... And those kind of accounts kind of ruined the whole experience for me

I get notifications of new messages on my phone but when I open the app I don't see any messages. I can't update the location on my profile either. Have reinstalled severally. Not good at all!

It's a well designed app, easy to use, nice features. But they continually remove your listings for no reason, stating it was in error. Very frustrating.

App is ridiculous they banned you for no reason! I have 45 ratings all at 5 stars be app don't recommend it

Have used this app a month only get fake people with cashiers checks out of the state on a navel base lol. Or I get many offers but no one not one follows through with even attempting to respond. Craigslist is much better hardly ever have a problem at all on that App. Than on Offerup major low ball offers constantly. Had 7 who did reply waited at location and nobody showed up like they promised. My ads clearly describe items in greatcdetail with many pics still have problems with Offerup. Funny thing all these 5 star buyers and sellers are doing this as well. I think they get friends to give them 5 stars so it appears they are a 5 star seller/buyer. I report but they still have a 5 star review after not showing up or not responding after making a timely offer. Still retain 5 stars how??? Nothing like Ebay's system. Offer up needs a stand alone block feature and delete item sold insteas of archiving. I see so many sold itens from over a year in my searches. OfferUp please improve. I put the same ads on craigslist and offerup. The craigslist items sell quickly no problems Offer up not so much. Will delete Offer up in about 30 days see if things change. So far not a great app.

Bunch of knuckleheads. Take down ads left and right for no reason. Even when texting a buyer, they erase the conversation and link. Poof...gone!

I like to delete the item after I sell them not archive look at let go app there you can delete your item after you sell it please give more options when will you add a delete item instead of archive it please reply back
