I got an international ticket from Faredepot for my vacation . I had my departure without any problem. For returning at the air port the I suddenly noticed that they changed the number of luggage without any notice .I was shoked how its possible. I asked to pay for the luggage . They did not accept credit card and asked for cash and I did not have that much cash and I had no choice , I left the luggage with lots of my stuff and gift for my daughter and my wife. It was horrible. After returning to the US I contacted them 13 times . Finally after 50 days they told me that it was a system problem and it happens rarely and they offered a cupon with a 100 $ value . That's it . They do not care the costumers . I lost more than 1500$ ,I returned with no gift for my little daughter and my wife and after several emails and phone , only 100$ coupon. I do not want any one be the next like me . Don't buy tickets from them . Zero costumer service which is a big deal for travelers. I have all the documents with me .

Over $1200 dollars dor a round trip and they did not book my air fare whent to the airport to find that didn't have a tiket.
