مرصد الحقوق والحريات

جمعيّة حقوقيّة تضمّ عددا من المحامين والصحفيين والمهندسين والطلبة والنشطاء على الساحة الحقوقيّة، المؤمنين بأهمية العمل الحقوقي على الساحة الوطنيّة من أجل المساهمة في النهوض بالبلاد والخروج بها من الممارسات المتخلّفة كالانتهاكات وتجاوزات السلط القانونيّة والتعدي على الغير والاعتداء على الحرمات وتعذيب الموقوفين والمساجين والحدّ من حرياتهم الأساسيّة وغيرها. وكذلك من أجل ضمان عدم الرجوع إلى الدكتاتوريّة التي تتغذى على القمع والظلم والاعتداءات على المعارضين والمخالفين للسلطة في الرأي أو الفكر أو الإيديولوجيا..
ويعمل مرصد الحقوق والحريّات بتونس من أجل تحقيق جملة من الأهداف الأساسيّة منها:
الدفاع عن الحقوق و الحريات الفردية والجماعية داخل تونس وخارجها، والتصدي لكافة أشكال الانتهاكات والتجاوزات.
العمل على نشر الوعي بحقوق الإنسان وحرياته، وتعزيز احترامها.
المساهمة في إرساء مبادئ وقيم التعايش السلمي ومناهضة التمييز بكافة أشكاله.
مناهضة كافة أشكال الانتهاكات والتجاوزات والتعذيب.
توفير الإحاطة والمساعدة القانونية لضحايا الانتهاكات والعمل على رد الاعتبار لهم.
وذلك عن طريق الوسائل التالية:
رصد الانتهاكات والتجاوزات وتلقي التظلمات من المواطنين والجمعيات والهيئات.
التحقيق الميداني في كل الانتهاكات والتجاوزات التي يتعرض لها المواطنون وتوثيقها.
تتبع التجاوزات والانتهاكات أمام القضاء الداخلي والدولي والتصدي لظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب.
إشعار الجهات المسؤولة والمعنية بمختلف التجاوزات والانتهاكات المرصودة قصد إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها.
التواصل مع كافة الجهات المعنية بالشأن الحقوقي داخليا ودوليا والتعاون معها.
تنظيم الندوات والملتقيات والمؤتمرات وغيرها من الأنشطة المتعلقة بالشأن الحقوقي.
إصدار البيانات والتقارير والمطويات التوعوية الحقوقيّة.
العمل على ملاءمة مختلف التشريعات للمبادئ العامة لحقوق الإنسان.
القيام بزيارات للسجون ومراكز الإيقاف بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة.
المرصد هو جمعيّة غير حكوميّة يسعى ليكون مؤسسة حُقوقيّة تساند وتحتضن كلّ من يتعرّضون للظلم والانتهاك من السلطات المستبدّة أو التجاوزات العامة أو المحدودة ضدّ المواطنين وذلك من أجل المساهمة في تحقيق العدالة الشاملة داخل البلاد وفي محيطها العربي والإسلامي.
قيمنا
من القيم الأساسيّة التي يقوم عليها المرصد هي الحريّة والعدالة ومناصرة الحق ورفع المظالم عن المستضعفين والمنتهَكين والذين تمارس ضدّهم الانتهاكات وأعمال العنف والتعذيب والتمييز وغيرها. وذلك إيمانا منّا بأنّ لا دولة عادلة تقوم على غير هذه القيم الإنسانيّة السامية ذات الأبعاد الكونيّة والحضاريّة.
رسالتنا
يسعى فريق المرصد التنفيذي والإداري إلى أن يكون العدل في البلاد أقوى من الظلم وأن تُحاصر ممارسات التعذيب والانتهاكات والتجاوزات في زوايا ضيّقة وأن لا تكون ثقافة تُمارس من طرف النظام القائم أو بعض سلطه على المواطنين أو غيرهم.
رؤيتنا
يعمل مرصد الحقوق والحريّات بتونس على رصد مختلف حالات التعدّي والتعذيب والانتهاكات وتجاوز السلط في حق الأفراد أو الجماعات أو المنظمات الموجودة في البلاد وكذلك التونسيين خارج أرض الوطن، والتحرّي حولها وتحليلها وتتبعها حقوقيا وقضائيّا وإعلاميّا وسياسيّا ونشر التقارير حولها ووضعها تحت ذمّة من يريد الاطلاع عليها. وذلك بغاية التأثير في المحيط العام والحدّ من تلك الممارسات مهما كانت طبيعتها وصيغها.
مهمتنا
يعمل الفريق التنفيذي من أجل إيصال صوت المتعدّي عليه والتعبير عمّا تعرّض إليه والتشهير بالتجاوزات التي مورست في حقّه وذلك من أجل رفع المظلمة عليه والحدّ من تلك الممارسات وضمان عدم تكرارها أو التقليل من حجمها وكثافتها. وذلك عبر الوسائل القانونيّة المتاحة وبالتشارك مع باقي منظمات المجتمع المدني ذات البعد الحقوقي في الداخل والخارج.
