Octopus for Business

Developed by Octopus Cards Ltd, the all-in-one Octopus App for Business allows merchants to receive payment from customers’ Octopus App O! ePay using QR Code, with easy access to the following functions:

Submit Merchant Account Application
• Merchants can complete their application for the Business O! ePay account via the Octopus App for Business

Receive Instant Payment Notification
• Once the payment is successful, the merchant will automatically receive a notification message on its smartphone, with instant update of the balance on its Business O! ePay account

View Payment History
• Merchants can easily check the transaction record and summaries, and also export reports through email

Generate QR Code to Receive Payment
• Merchants can generate the QR Code (with or without the transaction amount embedded) for the customer to scan and pay for the goods and services

Switch between Cashier Mode and Shop Owner Mode
• The Cashier Mode receives real-time notification message and supports enquiry of transaction record
• The Shop Owner Mode supports additional functions on the management of the Business O! ePay account, including add and remove cashier, POS and shop management, transfer balance to bank account, etc.

Transfer Money Received to Bank
• The shop owner can transfer the balance on Business O! ePay account to the pre-registered bank account at his/her own discretion
