Not good one. Lock up money if no NFC function. Bad design, inconvenient. A losing App for sure.

Developer are very lazy, just compatible with high-end model.

Overall ok. One ridiculous limitation is that it couldn't pay out money to a NFC SIM card. Please fix it.

Please add support for SIM Card octopus. I think it would be more convenient and as it's from the same company. Please make it work.

The apps always halt. It halt more than 5 times in 30minute. I think it's not stable

Does what it is advertised for. The registration process is well designed. Convenient in some cases (charge octopus of friends to share restaurant bills, kids, helper, etc...).

Not as good as Alipay and Wexin-pay, and many mobile devices are not supported on compatibility with Octopus cards using NFC!

The only payment app in HK that can't be used with customized OS without root except Android pay

I would like to 1) Support fingerprint login for Android similar as iphone does. 2) Since NFC is only support Android, it would be better to support Android/Apply Pay to transfer money in it.

Not convenient for a group of friends who use iPhone and Android

Everyday need to relogin. why not a payment password instead? Is there a payment QR code for direct transfer? Why need mobile number? should fire the product design guy! It is shame that Octopus was a success but this app is designed with weird mindset. Pls compare how easy wechat could do in payment. MUCH sensible design.

I played around after installing the lye version, but I still haven't find out how to top-up my card with the apps. The FAQ doesn't seems to be useful.

The Apps is far from finished. Last week when I tapped on transition to send money after installation, an error message prompts that " O! ePay stopped working". Today when I tried to launch the Apps, the screen said that my phone is not purchased from authorized retailer or rooted. My phone was purchased two years ago directly from official One Plus website and it has never been rooted. I do not know why Octopus runs TV champaign to promote a service which the Apps never works. I am using Android phone and even friens using iPhone will complained that it is so troublesome to make work. We all gave up on it and uninstalled it, period!

Crashed as soon as I finished registering. Kept loading when it reopened. Totally unusable and terrible experience.

The app has all basic functions but the UI is unintuitive. It needs to access your contacts and does not allow user to add contact manually. If you disable contact access permission there is no way to add contact without reinstalling the app. Support for fingerprint login like the iOS version would be nice.

Finally this version can be used in real life case, like add $ to domestic helper use. The activation is much more simpler as only need mobile # + email address. However, SIM octopus is out of luck as still need physical octopus card to put $ to account then transfer out from account to another card. It really needs to be improved.

For an mobile app, I think it is really key to support top up of the Octopus SIM on the phone, but this version cannot. I can only top up the SIM from a second phone. If this can be added, the app would cover all my cashless needs and deserves 5 star. Now it is 3 star because I still need to carry a separate octopus card.

從賬户充值到epay賬户上，不是即時到賬，差！！要等幾天才到賬的，没任何作用，發現八達通没錢了，想即時以這個方法充值，是没用的！比支付寳差了一百倍！

The new update allowing P2P is a great addition. Would still like to see easier to add friend

Why is there no way to check octopus card balance? This function should be integrated in oepay, not as a separate app.
