why dont you let me use it on phones that are not on the stupid tested list? As long as I have NFC, I am good to go... Either you tell me why or you lift the ban please

Make it work on mobile to pay for buses and shops or you'll be gone once android pay works on public transport.

Put widget on home screen but after a while stops working need to remove and re add....

I'm using Sony Xperia XZ which is on the approved list. However, with my NFC functioning well, the app cannot read any of the two octopus cards I have registered. I now cannot pay for my Taobao order with Octopus Card. Support needed. Please fix this issue.

Please add support for android wear devices. By far, the Mobile Octopus has made an enjoyable experience with my Sony Xperia XZ. Thanks for your attention and keep up the good work.

Before upgrade, I can make payment, and check my balance constantly. But after upgrade, it cannot detect my card and now I cannot make any payment.

Was working great, latest update was forced on me and it now says my Samsung S5 "is not supported" and refuses to try to read card. I was relying on this to file expense reports - thanks for nothing Octopus! :(

Used to work for my Xperia Z and suddenly it becomes an "untested device". What's going on ??? Stupid and annoying !!

It has an user-friendly instruction and interface.Octopus enquiry is detailed with informations such as reward points.

I can use all the function before, but when today I was using this app to check the remaining value, I can' t check and it said my smartphone is untested device.

It's sad that we need to use approved phones and need a special octopus for this to work. I bought an s7 edge in Taiwan and it didn't work because the model number is slightly different from HK version. Android pay should be a model example of how this app SHOULD work.

Hate this I have used this app with same device (Nexus 5) for years. Once upgraded to recent version, it stopped working due to device not on their stupid test list. Don't upgrade unless u re pretty sure your device is "approved" Devices blocked: Nexus 5, Oneplus 3T

What the duck? why need to wait 24 hrs to register the ducking seafood card? I use seafood octopus for convenience and immediately transaction. What is the ducking point for waiting a ducking whole day? If I could buy things just right downstairs in any mall? Ducking stupid App. Ducking company!

NFC works even if I got the warning that my device was not tested or supported (using S7e not from hk). Turn on NFC and place card behind anyway, and I was able to see my past 10 transactions.

Only supports a very limited number of handsets, limited to only a few manufacturers for the mobile sim, which is very annoying. Octopus was cutting edge 20 years ago, now its just a dated piece of technology which is stifling competition in HK.

The system simply said that it couldn't detect my octopus card recently. The whole thing is quite funny as i was still able to pay my taobao products about 3 days ago but it just didn't work suddenly when i was trying to pay again yesterday.

It works maybe 1 out of 30 times. Crappy app!
