BeaconBlu

Detect AltBeacons, iBeacons, easiBeacons, XY Beacons, and Estimotes. When the range of the beacon changes, this information will be transmitted to Octoblu through Meshblu, an open source Machine-to-Machine messaging system. By using Octoblu, you can easily create flows that react to changes of beacon locations. For example, you could automate your lights based proximity or preform work place automation like setting up a conference room.
