Purpose:
Make the right decisions by knowing the big picture about your healthcare claims billing, remittance advice, errors and adjustments.
"Simply Claim"​ app is the first of it's kind, to generate the most important medical billing reports based on your HIPAA healthcare claims. The app is designed to work across insurance carriers and provides consolidated summary across carriers. The app produces the following reports:
1) Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Compare your practice performance month over month
2) Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging: Track your financial receivables grouped by AR dollars >30 days, > 60 days, >90 days, >180 days and >1 year
3) Top Errors: Understand what your top errors are and rank them by impacted dollars
4) Top Insurance Carriers: Make apply-to-apple comparison between your insurance carriers and rank them in order of collection dollars/relative value unit
5) Top CPT Codes: Make apply-to-apple comparison between your healthcare services (CPT) and rank them in order of collection dollars/relative value unit
6) CMS Quality Programs Adjustments: If you participate in Medicare then this report will help you understand if CMS Medicare is adjusting your claims for quality programs Electronic Health Records (eHR), Physicial Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Physician Value Based Payment Modifier (VM)

This app is a great companion for Physicians, Administrative staff in medical practices and anyone working with healthcare claims.

How does the app work?

Upload Claims:
To enable the app to produce your reports, claims data must first be uploaded into this app. The app provides easy and flexible ways to upload claims data. You may upload claim files belonging to the following HIPAA transaction types:
837P (Professional claims)
837I (Institutional claims)
835 (Remittance Advice)
These claim files should already be available with you if you submit your own claims. Or if you work with a billing service provider for submitting your claims then you should request
your billing service provider to send you the 837P, 837I and 835 files for using in this app.

View Reports:
Once the claim files are uploaded, you are now ready to view your reports. Upload claims data on any one device and view the reports across many devices.

Security:
The app has been designed and built to protect the privacy and security of the claims data handled by the app. Claims data stored within the app is encrypted and secured. Claims data is strongly encrypted using the best in class encryption technology and cannot be decrypted without your password. A rigorous password policy is enforced by the app. The password is safe and secure only with the user. User activities are captured in logs for audit trail purposes. User login sessions are automatically terminated by the app after 15 minutes of inactivity.
