It's not letting me place the order to redeem my points. "An error occurred on our end. Sorry". Also there is a max limit to viewing gift cards (hint:sort low to high) for some sneaky reason it only displays like 30 cards. Use regular computer website not this app !!

The points on website and phone app is different. It does not show the complete points on the apps. It gets logged of n ask for pairing code every 2 days

This app is TERRIBLE. I'm constantly having to pair the same device, over, and over, and over again. And my point amount never updates in the app, though I plainly have 500 more points on the web site, and have had for about a month now. This app is really quite useless.

The catalog for redemption isn't there, and sending feedback was challenging. It literally took over five tries to hit the right button to add someone to an e-card. The option to make it a spot bonus may have been hidden, and I have no idea what actually went through. This app needs a lot of help.
