ocloud for owncloud for Android
Awsome. Local synchro an all. Thanks a lot
Very fast and light and I love it
Good.. Works with my server
Owncloud as a cloud server is wonderful, for a desktop. The app however leaves us a little behind as far a photo storage goes. (Not the only use for own cloud but what drove me to try it.). The idea that you can upload photos to save space on your phone, but then you have to download them back again to see them seems, well bonkers. Hopefully it's just an "in development" issue waiting to be addressed.
The app works fine but sometimes crashes when downloading photos. Previews in folders with several hundreds images are only loaded for some files.
I will give it 5 star if the camera auto upload worked, i have enabled it and select a folder to sync to, when i take a pic it shows it's uploaded and if i go to the app under the synced folder it shows there,(on the app) but it does not upload to my server nor any of my other devices. Please rectify in next update.
Still can't choose to store files on SD card. Very basic app which is useless for me on my limited internal storage.
i cannot see activity logs as i use on desktop. please fix it..
Cannot trace the negative remarks from the other users. For me it works like a charm and is the best self-hosted Dropbox alternative. Love it.
Is there a possibility to search for files?
Does not start with Nexus 5x
Does not have client certification.
Very fabulous app it is.connected your server and its work.
Great, solid client; handles SSL very well!
An App, what is not even able, to ask me WHERE I want to Save my Files when I want to Download some to my Phone is completley useless! I could not find any Settings do change this. Is this some kind of a Joke? I removed the App from my Phone because it makes no Sense for me. Change those Options and read the Comments here. I will come back and hopefully give you 5 Stars...
It's good in general, but I am looking for a feature to select thousands of files and move them to the cloud instead of just copying. BTW, InstantUpload doesn't work all the time.
I'd like to have the simple features: 1. Specify which folder(s) I would like to keep synced, and 2. To be able to disable local sync.
Great app, using with self-hosted Mail-in-a-Box (mailinabox.email which uses ownCloud), allows access to all Docs and instant-uploads new photos taken on my phone, and it's Free!
Seems to be very good application. Please add an option to upload camera photos during the charging to not drain the battery. Thanks.
Can't save to SD card, otherwise it works great. Had no problem getting it to work with my SSL certificate on my server.
Great app! I was just wondering whether or not the app is able to automatically detect changes to a folder and automatically re-download it with the new contents?
Features are missing from other cloud offerings out there, but being able to access your own server with nearly the same experience you get elsewhere it's great.
App won't let me click connect same as official
Where is the select all button?
If the developer adds multiple files/folders selection for copying, it will definitely be worthing the five stars.
Such a great app. Easy setup and multiple connections supported.
Cant upload files larger than 500mb without upload fail on Android 5
Owncloud is great but the Android app does not work. It is crippled by bugs and updates are rare.
Wanted a simple cloud player, and this is perfect app.
Better icon though.
Works okay, but lacks basic features, as other users have pointed - ability to choose which files and where to sync.
Nice
Great
SSL Initialisation failed on this App. Therefore it is very unsafe.
Great apps, worke good
Need search filename
Keep on running
...to get it to save data to SDcard instead of internal storage. 5 Stars if I find out it's possible!
Original ownCloud App logs in with the same data as used in ocloud app. In original ownCloud app logging in is no problem with https, but there are various show stopper problems. This ocloud.app does not even log into private ownCloud Server -- https URL accepted, then "Unknown error occured" - works on payware server of this app developers though. Strange?! Now only half an usb-stick 3GB free. Server side encryption is secure? U must trust and believe them? "https" connection only is data protection "made in Germany" ? What a Farce. ROLMFHO

App does exactly what it is supposed to do!
