The back button takes me to the main page and not to the previous page I was on. It gets annoying having to pick the categories all over again just to see other items.

App is not working properly Keep on loading

Rating is for the app not the store. There doesn't seem to be a way to pay or check your balance on the app. Also it is so slow when placing an order. Browsing etc is easy and fine.

With new OS the app crashes constantly

Very bad. Can't validate cart for some weeks now. And I can't find an email address to query my issues for outstanding order in progress

Une semaine deja ecoulee, sans avoir resolu le probleme. Appli et service decevant. Au 3eme jour, le dysfonctionnement est toujours la malgre q'un dossier a ete ouvert! Toujours le même problème au deuxième jour! Une équipe de développement qui n'est pas réactif! A chaque fois que je valide mon panier juste après y avoir mis mes articles, j'ai systématiquement un message qui me demande de rafraîchir mon panier car tous les articles sont devenus épuisés.

I was charged full price for a dress on sale and there is no option to send a query following a purchase. I have to wait to receive it and then pay to return it! Really disappointing customer service...

The app/site is so buggy that it is close to scam. While trying to order I got three charges on my card and the order was not even confirmed. Robbers!

App won't let me sign in into my account. I have uninstalled and reinstall still won't work.

Мои нервам настает конец. НАСТОЛЬКО сырого, недоработанного приложения я еще не видела! Постоянно вылетает, корзина не грузится или грузится по минуте, сайт часто перескакивает со страницы на страницу. Багов немеренно. Оценка даже -5. Полгода пользовалась приложением, а его даже не дорабатывают!

Can't make a payment on the app and have to pay to ring them to pay.

The size option doesn't work in the filter when you are in the main list of collection (not boutique): it's on the first position and can't be opened.

Менюшка в приложении очень подробная и простая. Когда открываешь раздел – все как на ладони. Моя мама (56лет) и то справилась с заказом без вопросов. Очень удобная система оплаты. Придем еще! Дождалась приложения, так как в основном пользуюсь смартфоном. Ничем не хуже сайта, спасибо

After the latest update the app looks great, however everything is in french and euros... and I'm guessing because of that it does not recognise my login details. Disappointed.
