Oceano nasce da un'idea folle di due ragazzi nati e vissuti nella bassa polesana; con il sogno di portare la loro cultura culinaria a base di pesce da quelle lande desolate nella civiltà. E' da qui la domanda era di rito.
Quale location scegliamo? New York, no, banale. Tokyo, no, troppo abituati al Sushi.
Un fulmine li colpì dritti al cuore e la risposta venne quasi come guidata da un'entità superiore. Apriamo a Decima!
