Oh, the Places You'll Go! for Android
Great for nostalgia!!!! :-)
Lazy development and testing. Screen doesnt stretch on Galaxy tab. We keep pressing "read on your own", yet narration plays anyway.
When I was a child learning to read, books with cassettes were a great help. This is the modern day version of those. I am a homeschooling mom and i am working with my children on their phonics skills. I have not had great success with flash cards when it comes to teaching their sight words. This is a great way to help them learn their sight words.
I love this book,it brings tears to my eyes in a good way. First read it when I was about 12. I understand it so much better now that I'm an adult. In my opinion, it's a must read. However, I didn't like the animations. But great book.
I wish these were not as expensive. Its nice to use. Can get a little to long.
My All Time Children's Story Favourite!!!
Perfect
I enjoy reading these to my children, especially when away from our home. I wish I could turn off the touch narration as it is disruptive when I'm trying to read to my children and they keep trying to touch the screen. Sometimes it creates so much of a distraction and we have to put it away. I would turn this on when giving it to one of them to read themselves. I also find the reminders about his to use the books incredibly annoying. Why do these keep showing up rather than just the first time?

Amazing book when you need some guidance. Helpful to all ages!
My mom used to read this to me, I never understood it until now. I'm going to read this when I have kids.
Loved it. The voice is great and he says "pants" in the best possible way.
Among the better quality books on the Market. The narration is thoughtful and interesting, the graphics are impressively recreated, focus on the proper areas of the story, and smooth. The narrator does change his tone to be a bit calmer as the more serious parts of the book come along but without making it sound too depressing and I didn't find him overly chirpy as some of the other reviews have said. I would highly recommend this app to any Dr. Seuss enthusiast!
This is better than most of the rhyming gibberish that is Dr. Seuss and has a good non patronising message. Unfortunately the story is ruined by the moronic, incorrectly emphasised narration that plagues all American children's media of late. What sophistication and nuance was in the story is hidden beneath the incessant drivel being spouted by a narrator who is more concerned with sounding chirpy that understanding and conveying the message.
I don't have children yet, but when I do I will actually buy a tablet for them for these kinds of apps. Long live Dr Seuss! He would be thrilled to see his work presented so well.
Needs an internet connection to check the license, you can't read it offline. I couldn't read this to my class on a wifi tablet.
This is really good except the sound effect for the balloon tearing is too loud/abupt, frightens my daughter when we're reading it.
Love this book and would love The Sleep Book!
we love these Seuss books and slowly collecting them all.
Great to have with you mid rough dayy!!
When I originally bought this it opened and worked wonderfully and now it DOESN'T open at all, just force closes.
I'm 24 years old and its still one of my favorite books ever.
Incredible book for all ages!
Love it, my 24m old loves it and knows how to open it. Perfect for bedtime and on the go
This is excellent. I wish they had a few fairly short stories as my 5 year old gets bored with the longer ones. But the app runs gr8 & colors r bright
Great app. Would not load either at first. Fix for this is go into Settings Select SD card and Remove SD card. Reinstall app. Then reinstall SD card.
This is pretty good. I enjoyed it myself. But the nararrator isnt very good. He's a bit boring, especially for kids. Dr. Suess should be fun fun fun!
My 4 year old daughter thinks all books should read like this! I can pass it to her in the car and she has no problem working it. Great app!
My 4 year old loves these! And I do too!
Not sure its worth 5 bucks.
The narration isnt what i had expected.
My Dad loved this book and read it to me as a kid and now as an adult it is my favorite book and a favorite memory.
This is a great book so get it!
I like this book. The male reader is also good, but maybe too energetic for bedtime listening. Wish you could read it without the animations, so it was like flipping through the pages of the real book. Still very well made.
Amazing book when you need some guidance. Helpful to all ages!
Great app - loved by my 2 year old.
Wonderful!
Encouraging yet realistic description of life. Love this story!
My favorite childhood book. Great gift to give anyone that judt graduated from middle school all the way to college.
