get a £10 off coupon when you use the app for the first time yet the code doesn't work very annoying and won't bother again with it

Love the idea of the app but it won't allow you to refine search results by 'price per' like you can on the website. Shame. Love Ocado though.

Changing orders doesn't work in mobile app - one need to log in from a PC. Thanks goodness it saves the changes, so one doesn't need to edit the order again.

I like using the app but it fails on checkout every time and I have to contact customer services who never fail to try to blame the bank. Its your app, not the bank, sort it out.

I found the app very easy to use and found the products quickly .

Have been using the Sainsbury's app for ages, which crashes a lot and takes ages to open. This one is so much quicker and seems to be stable. Plus a much wider selection, a great intro offer (25% off first shop and free delivery for a year) and shopping comes in bags which you return each week for a refund. Much better experience all round so far.

Never had any problems using the app before when out and about on data but it's suddenly used almost 500mb in a matter of minutes. Unusable now unless on wifi. Not happy.

Don't understand the negative reviews of seen. The app works perfectly well. I place orders with it all the time. I especially like the Click Once checkout feature.

Unusable since the last update, used to love this app but more having to go on the lap top to do my shopping, absolute garbage, please update. Constantly crashing and freezing.

Great app. Love the customer reviews, very helpful. Since the last update I no longer get a reminder a few minutes before the reserved delivery slot expires and have lost out. Please bring that back

Awesome app.. lets me add items to my basket without deleting them when I exit the app and when i finally get around to finishing my shop and checkout I can still add one-click items to my order. Easy to filter by price/preference etc, brings up preferred items based on buying habits, you can save shopping lists etc. Really love this app and pretty sure it's a big part of the reason I shop as much as I do with Ocado!

Works well across multiple devices unless you edit an order. Come back to the edited order later and all changes are gone. Not sure "Chat with us" belongs in the settings. Took ages to find it. Way too many one e-click emails. Consolidate them if they all occur within a short time frame.

Crash now, as soon as I open the app, it close down. Did not use to happen before

LOVE this app. Good navigation throughout and very quick and easy to use. Rate it to everyone. Do most of my shopping via this app now purely because of how great it is. Other supermarkets could learn a thing or two from this one.

Crashes constantly on Asus eepad, but that might be more to do with the eepad. If it isn't please fix it!

Really easy to use, you can edit orders much faster than on a laptop. I love it, it works perfectly on my Samsung tablet.

It's quite an interactive app. It was easy to edit basket, adding and removing items with an instant reckoning of total amount.

I think the app is even easier than their website! Was very impressed by it.

Saves me time and the hassle of going to the shops. Very pleased with the variety of products and love the ability to add items to an existing order until the cut-off time - I always forget something and it's a huge help that I can still edit my order after it's been placed!

Clicking the favourites icon now shows me an option to buy milk cheese or tomatoes and does not load up the products that used to be in my favourites. I have no idea how this is an improvement in the customer experience. Apparently it eventually show me the products I buy regularly but until then, I have to suffer the long winded navigation instead of a simple list of things I like. Please sack whoever thought this was a good idea.

Easy to use, search the product you want, sort by cheapest to most expensive, then add items to basket. That's what I do and I find it easy.

Surprisingly easy to use and complete a weekly shop. Can't complain. Order done in 10mins and less prompts for items u don't want when trying to check out

Absolutely love it, found it so easy to use and found everything I was looking for. Received my first order this evening and couldn't be happier and the delivery man explained the detailed reciept .

App is OK but fails at the checkout. I have to log on to the website to complete the order which kind of makes the app pointless at the site is OK anyway.
