Il Congresso Regionale AOGOI AGITE AIO 2015 affronta le maggiori tematiche della salute della donna mediterranea alla luce dei molteplici aspetti dello stile di vita.
La Sicilia, culla della dieta mediterranea e fulcro culturale e sociale di uno stile di vita sano per ambiente ed abitudini, diventa il laboratorio ideale su cui approfondire le nostre conoscenze in relazione alla salute femminile in termini di correlazioni eziopatogenetiche e conseguentemente in termini di prevenzione e cura.
L’alimentazione e le abitudini di vita della Donna nel periodo prepubere, in periodo fertile e post fertile, in gravidanza e durante l’allattamento, lo stile di vita nella prevenzione dell’endometriosi, dei fibromi e della patologia oncologica, il sempre e più vasto mondo degli integratori alimentari e la loro correlazione con il mondo dei farmaci, sono solo alcuni degli argomenti che, associati a quelli classici, animeranno il programma scientifico delle prime due giornate del congresso. La terza giornata, come di consuetudine, sarà dedicata agli aspetti di politica sanitaria regionale dove cercheremo di instaurare un confronto diretto tra operatori coinvolti sul territorio, amministratori e decisori politici, in merito ad argomenti di grande attualità e interesse. Anche quest’anno grande spazio sarà dedicato ad alcune Società Scientifiche consorelle come SEGI, SIEOG, AIUG, SIGITE che organizzeranno a cui saranno dedicati “spazi” su tematiche specifiche. Grande attenzione sarà dedicata a tutte quelle iniziative scientifiche e culturali provenienti dal territorio e che propongano qualsiasi approfondimento tra la salute femminile e lo stile di vita.

The Regional Congress AOGOI ACT AIO 2015 addresses the major issues of women's health Mediterranean considering the many aspects of lifestyle.
Sicily, the cradle of the Mediterranean diet and the social and cultural hub of a healthy lifestyle for environment and habits, become an ideal laboratory in which to deepen our knowledge in relation to women's health in terms of correlations etiopathogenetic and consequently in terms of prevention and care.
Diet and lifestyle habits of Women in the prepubertal period, in fertile and post breeding, pregnant and lactating women, the lifestyle in the prevention of endometriosis, fibroids, and pathology of the cancer, the more and more wide world of food supplements and their relationship with the world of drugs, are just some of the topics that are associated with those classics, will enliven the scientific program of the first two days of the conference. The third day, as usual, will be devoted to aspects of regional health policy where we will try to establish a direct comparison between the operators involved in the territory, administrators and policy makers on topics of great relevance and interest. This year too large space will be devoted to some scientific societies sisters as SEGI, SIEOG, AIUG, SIGITE that organize that will be dedicated "space" on specific issues. Great attention will be paid to all those scientific and cultural initiatives coming from the territory and propose any further between women's health and lifestyle.
