Why do your hourly charts show on friday at 5pm empty candlestick? It mess up all hourly indicators and no option to hide it in settings. (Hide empty candlestick option already checked). Pls fix it its annoying!!

A very good app. Stable and love the alerts and notifications that doesn't need a computer to link.

PRICE ALERT NOTIFICATIONS NEED TO BE FIXED!!!! Price ALERT does not send a notification most of the time. This is severely affecting my trading strategy. Also is there a way to keep the app from timing out. Thanks

I'm not getting my Limit Price, stop loss or trailing stop notifications anymore. I depend on those things to monitor my orders. It all started when I started a new account. This NEEDS to be fixed asap or the app is useless.

Each time, I try to log in, always notified Login Error, there was a problem during login process, please try again. Why chrome always says that the connection is not private. Attackers may try to steal the information I send. And https is broken with red line. It said the certificate is in valid

Entry orders don't seem to execute and don't appear on the web client so I'm going to assume that the order is never actually place. The graph tends to bug out which requires you to change views in order to fix. Creating an entry order from the graph causes the graph scale to exponentially change at seemingly random times. The UI is gorgeous, I just wish it was functional.

Tried creating an account; closed sign in page and now dialog boxes are unresponsive. Registered with alternate email, did not close sign in page during process, thought I was all clear; submission endlessly shows loading icon. Can't even sign in nonetheless trade!

Platform is okay, but is not sync with web base charts. For example: price charts have different zones.

Can you add Envelopes please? Then I can use your platform and I can give you 5 stars.

Like that Oanda is constantly improving the platform experiences. Most mobile app doesn't provide heiken ashi but this does. However, the lines and ray are not accurate enough. It shift positions when changing timeframes which makes it very unreliable. I also hope to see more customizations

Used to be very good. Last two weeks each time i open the app and select portfolio it crashes. Never did this before. The desktop app is having similar issues but pushes through them. What gives? I was enjoying this app very much.

Comon' guys fix the dem chart loading time... Getting frustrated takes too long load up thus cant trade

I don't want to use anything else, I've made more money than I have ever in my life , pretty soon I'm not going to need my day job , and will be buying my favorite cars. Thanks oanda .

Managed to log in finally after reset. Back to 4 stars. We ll see from now on.

Works ok, better on my phone. I can't set alerts on my tablet or slide adjust my stops. Other than that it's good.

hope android split view can be supported. For traders, it's obviously more convenient to watch the news and trade simultaneously.

In my opinion this is the best mobile app for trading I have ever used! It has everything you need in pocket size. Even though it's small enough to fit on your smartphone, it has an entire Suite with Rich content that beats out other mobile applications on the market! I use this as my full-time trading tool.

Love this software. Been using it since forever. But found a pretty big problem. On EUR/JPY on March 12, 10:48 a.m.(New York time e.s.t.) there was a local high of 131.26 This high shows up on 5s,10s,30s,1min, but DOES NOT show up on 5min,10min charts, which show the high as around 131.22 The 15min charts and higher show the correct 131.26 I've sent a bug report with screenshots and more details and the devices/settings I tested on. This only occurred on mobile while "hide empty candles" was enabled. Oanda web and iPad (with "hide empty candles" enabled or disabled) showed the data correctly.

I like this, makes for smooth trading. One thing i would like to see is two hour time frame, thanks to developers. Also is there a way to turn off indicator values when navigating charts. hard to see with all those numbers in the way.

Disappointed with this app, live rates will freeze for hours, even days at a time. (all update and no internet connection issues on my end, i have enough memory on my phone to run this app). This is really horrible when you have a trade open and your on the go, might as well bring your computer because you can't rely on this app at all. Frequebtly have to uninstall and reinstall to havw the live feed working again. I like Oanda but this app is a pain

Used app on practice and I thought it was pretty good. But when I tried to set up a real money acct. I couldn't 1st they said they would email me the forms , they never showed. 2nd after I called they said texted me and said wait a week so I did and when I tried to call I never got anyone. Other than practice This app SUCKS and now very questionable.

The position size shouldn't cover the graph. Also, it's hard to set the order entry to precise values visually and there's too many steps to get to the numeric order entry screen from the graph. Speed is important in day trading. Love the desktop version but mobile needs work EDIT: Just ran into an issue where my Sell Entry order was deleted before it triggered as the Take Profit on another overlapping Sell order was triggered. Made me lose out on a large trade as it never sold

No price alarm option anymore...this is a must have!!!!

Used this app for quite some time. Alerts on horizontal lines do not always work. I do not like the new colour palette. The indicators are now difficult to see. Yellow is a must in the palette, please reinstate the previous colour palette. Otherwise the app is the best one I have tried and I use it for my trading as my primary tool.
