Checksum MD5 & SHA1 for Android
doesn't work!!
Works perfectly for me. Love it. (Nexus 5, Android 4.4)
It seems very quick, which is good. The interface for picking files is a bit fiddly, because the font is quite small on nexus 5. It would be better to use a standard interface or be more customisable. ES File manager has both MD5 & SHA1 sum built in, so I don't need this.
tested 2 different files against the same checksum and both "verified successfully"
Doesn't do diddly squat

didn't work for me (aug 2014, large files on ext sdcard). maybe it got better by the time you're reading this.
Ads, can't check a whole directory, can't export results to file. Would have put up with ads if it could check a directory and export.
Outstanding app with even better support. Emailed developer about file access denial in Android 4.4 ROMs and the issue was addressed by early evening. I recommend buying the paid version just to thank the developer for his skill and responsiveness.

great app but with ads. also i noticed i could not copy the md5 nor sha1 to clipboard on samsung galaxy nexus running android jelly bean 4.2.1. sorry to ask this since it's a freeware, but will there be advance feature to compared the file and the md5-sha1 text file in the future?
Results text box remain blank
