Aggravating app is almost always giving us problems! We're ready to switch credit unions due to repeated problems with the app and online banking. Aside from logon issues, mobile deposit is marginal, and there's no feature to turn on lighting to assist, leaving a shadow. Wells Fargo's mobile deposit app works MUCH better. Plus, if you switch to calculator, etc., it loses everything and you have to log in all over. FAIL
Terrible, glitchy, buggy app. Mobile check deposits rarely accepted. It keeps giving error with images even though images are clear and correct. FIX THIS APP, NYMEO so I can be a happy depositor!!!
Impossible to use with secure passwords. Scan function doesn't work. Probably riddled with security holes as well.

Permissions: why does Nymeo need access to my contacts and my USB storage?

Constantly getting better.
For people having issues logging in, you might be locked out. Call or reset yourself on the website. Good app and getting better. Popmoney, bill pay, transfers to my other Nymeo accounts, opening transactions, can even see check copies. Just a few things missing like transfers to my account outside of Nymeo.
The old one worked just fine until the recent update. Deleting it and reinstalling it to see if it will fix the problem. Otherwise I will be disappointed in the update.

Is it really necessary to need to log in each time I switch between apps? I can't even leave the nymeo app to use my calculator without having to log in. Need to balance your check book? Well don't let your screen lock or out you go again. None of my other THREE banking apps force you out until 5 min of inactivity. Seems reasonable to me.
Better than the older version
Ok so after messing with the app for ages I figured out that you have to finalize your online account by logging into nymeo through your browser first. This will prompt you to set up the security questions. Then launch the app and log in. This will prevent the infinite security question loop. Hope this helps.

Has this app lost a lot of functionality or did it never have it? I can't view or edit existing transfers. I can't view my credit card transaction history. I suppose it does the bare minimum of what it needs to do, but other bank apps offer a lot more. It would be great if I could just do those two things.
Same as everyone else. 200 questions i never answered. I need to move money now! I might change credit unions.
This app doesn't work at all and it makes me regret letting such people incapable of making a simple app handle my money because they are just plain sloppy.
One minute the app works perfectly next minute its says system error now i cant use online banking in general

Much improved over the prior app. Much faster with loading pages. Mobile deposit is a lot better and easier to use. Nice that if you give an account a nickname or hide it in online banking it reflects in the app.
Look people, if you are overwhelmed at the prospect of having to reset your accounts yourselves, go into abranch to do it. I was in the neighborhood running errands and that's what I did. Easy enough. Then I downloaded the new app and gave it my info, no prblems at all. The app has more functionality than the previous one and is looking good so far.

Has asked so many security questions that don't make any sense. Multiples of the same question. Will not let me sign in. This is crazy, program is a complete failure
All you have to do is follow the directions or call them if your having trouble. Much better then the old app!
Your home page says "Our system conversion is complete!" And "We got it done!" But I had to wait an hour on hold for customer service to tell me that the app and online access still aren't available. Fix it or correct your home page!
Kept asking me questions I have never answered before and was never able to sign in. Just had a issue two months ago with the old app too. Ready to move money too. But you can call and do transactions if needed.
Not working cant log in Big fail nymeo.... Need to transfer funds conduct daily business cannot do anything!!!! This is the type of thing that will make me move my money elsewhere... Never put a date and time on an update if youre not reasonably sure you can deliver...this is unaccepatable

I moved towns I didn't want to quit using Nymeo, but I knew I also couldn't wait to deliver checks to an ATM when there aren't any here. Between the website & app, I don't really need to hit the bank. Don't get me wrong, I love the customer service! But there's just no need with digital deposit, which works increasingly well (can be fussy about image quality but put the check on a dark surface in bright light). I still prefer to do bill pay on the website, but it's a solid app.
