TRACK YOUR DAILY ACTIVITY
After you sync workout data as recorded by your device to your iPhone, the nyftii app will graph trend of how active you've been for the day, week, month, or year based on your movement. The nyftii app will also show you the steps you've taken, distance you've traveled, and calories you've burned. All workout info is tailored to you based on your height and weight.
MONITOR YOUR SLEEP
Worried about cellphone radiation? Don't worry. Put your device in your pocket or on a wristband and simply mark the start of your sleep via the nyftii and place it at a safe distance. You can stop the recording after turning off the in-app alarm or manually stopping the sleep, and sync the device and your phone to see a visual graph of how well you've slept for the night. Schedule automatic recording time frames so you'll never forget to setup the monitoring session!

Brilliant substitute for the YU Fit App. A must have for YU FIT band owners. Loved this app for the below mentioned reasons. 1) App Interface is much more beautifull and looks pleasing with the interface and sections at the bottom. 2) When receiving a call it displays the contact no, whereas the YU Fit app does not, instead it only vibrates and notifies. 3) No extra Healthme app to install and spam you with. - WOuld Love to have,Some funky more features. Also im sure you can work something in getting Contact names on receiving calls rather than just the Numbers.

Firstly Thanks for this. This is far better than the default YuFit app we get with YuFit bands. I would like to make some feature request. * Can we have some timer like feature or integration with clock and calendar app of the device * Discrimination between walking, running and biking Please try to get these features in. It will surely make your app one of the best

This app that focuses on Heart Health requires a lot of awareness, interest, desire and action. Wow, it's got ECG, PWTT features... to monitor Heart Rate, Blood Pressure even when you sleep, etc.
