This is the best transit app in terms of up-to-date data. But it's been years since it was said to be coming and still no update on next available train at a given station. I was told they would implement this, but it's never happened! The only and yet most important feature missing from this app. Disappointing.

Great app, easy to use. Delays & traffic are synced with MTA bulletin, so it's only as good as the info that MTA releases. I like the real-time Twitter updates, since I can see what's unofficially going on

I like this app, quick and handy, easy to use. Draw back, slow to load with wifi. The zooming map is great as well as transit alerts for delays, outtages, changes, but again you need wifi. The plus the stations under ground are getting wifi which helps a lot. I recommend.

I had never been on a subway in my life so I was very nervous about our trip to NYC. This app was a lifesaver! It made finding the trains and subways super easy. It even gave walking directions to the closest subway we needed to get to. Thank you for this app!

The transit alert notification no longer works, and I have it turned on. Stopped working on my old Galaxy S6, and not working on my new Galaxy S8.

Excellent for up-to-date information about subway and commuter rail performance, arrival times, etc. Haven't used it yet for bus travel needs but, based on the intelligence of this app's overall design, I have little doubt that it will perform just as well in this area. Lots of great features (e.g., personalization of frequently used subway stops) and very good use of geo-positioning info. Also easy to use and reasonably intuitive to navigate. Big plus: advertisements are unobtrusive. I use this app quite a lot. HIGHLY recommended!

THE BEST FREE SUBWAY APP----HANDS DOWN !!! There is a lot of info available and it's quick on top of that. Very short amount of time needed to get used to menu/formats.

Great app!! I love that it gives you alerts and keeps you up to date on what's going on with the trains and buses. The accuracy of the arrivals are on point.

Really great app! Gives estimated arrival times for trains. Let's you know which trains are out of service so you can plan your trip accordingly. Worth it for any New Yorker.

Everything you need, accurately. Quickly access a handy map, check up to the minute schedules on individual stops, real-time alerts and even Twitter responses to help give you the big picture before you head out - I've never been let down or miss-informed by this app. Hands down the first download every New Yorker should make.

Horrible, gave me the wrong directions. Im going from fort hamilton parkway to 103 and Lexington. Why does it keep telling me to get off on 28th street and walk. I feel bad for the people who dont know better.

Haven't had any issues so far. Updates on service are given and maps are good but I wish it provided information about subway escalators and elevators.

Easy to use, stays updated. Would be better if it showed specific stations that are closed when there are maintenance issues..

Tried to use it to get a bus schedule. It said 'N/A". I missed the bus by one minute. Then it crashed. So overall, completely useless.

I which it had the option to report a problem to the MTA dirctly with Bus service, like when It shows that the bus is 2mins away and the bus passes and do not stop, or said next bus, out of service etc. because this happens a lot and not able to report it to the MTA besides that it is good

Pretty good app. I'm able to keep track of the trains I take and if they are working during the weekends. Avoid that damn construction!

Live scheduled and maps for all mass transit in NYC. Alerts for service issues. Liking it very much so far

Not very intuitive to use. Could be more user friendly. If you're looking for more than maps or general info you have to dig for it

It's dope but what could improve it is this: some routes that involve three or more transfers between trains are quicker than others. For example, from Coney island to 71 st Forrest hills route... the quickest TODAY is the N train to Barclays, then the D to Rockefeller and then the F to Forrest hills. But the app (as well as Google maps) say to take the 20 min longer commute via one straight F train ride. ight duces

Navigation doesn't work on my note, subway stop descriptions in app don't match the descriptions on the subway signs. Very confusing for visitors.

Good for when you want to know what type of mass transit option is available. It's also accurate big plus for me. Must have if you live in New York City

I don't always get my travel alerts. I'm almost at the point that I'm just going to turn them off. I count on this app to let me know if there are delays, but I can't really rely on it anymore.

Best mass transit app for Subway service and Subway service changes. Always seems to have the most current info! They're always right! This is my "go to" app for mass transit in New York City. Great source for accurate train information! Thank you!

Ok App. Not the best with arrival times especialy at night. Not always up to date.

The time table part of the app is useless unless you are traveling within a few hours. What happened to the old app with choice of time from travel. This sucks.

This is the best app for nyc subway.. I love it in my android phone. However, I switched to iPhone and the phone doesnt support the app.. It says coming soon for iPhone. How soon is that? I'm still waiting. Please add your app to iPhone.

App is reliable and accurate. Best thing since hop stop! I do not leave home without it.
