A train app that doesn't load the train times. How helpful. Horrible app.
Live timetable not even correct. Useless.
Next to useless. Got off to bad start when it failed to tell me the password rules before I entered one. And by the way, 8 characters is insufficient. Doesn't allow time of travel settings first time through No option (apparently) to page back and forth in time from the measly 4 options. Have to go BACK and re enter journey details and NOW there's a time of travel selector. Last, but definitely not least, to buy a ticket you get dumped out of the app onto the C2C website. Might as well have gone straight there. Have a look at Greater Angrier's app. It's not perfect but it's light years better than this heap of nonsense
A major defect is that it is an Italian app and is not programmed with UK station shortcodes e.g. GLD for Guildford. The app does not handle return journeys very well. It does not support the actual purchasing of tickets. Not well designed or implemented.
12/10/17 update is better but I still can't seem to see how many journeys I have left on my Flexi season ticket. Is this available on the app? If not when will it be included?
When you want to see nearest train, program shows just after two hours from current time. You need to set 2 hours early if you want to see proper tuem
I don't understand why it needs access to my camera or my files to work

Much improved on the previous version. Favourite route now actually does something when you click on it so it's easy to switch between outward and return journey to check for current delays/times.
Doesn't accept password, impossible to log into or even register new account.
As a taxi driver in thurrock it's great as I can find out which platform to drop my passengers to for London bound. Small point I'd like to change is the platform sign could we just have a black number and not as its now as it is difficult to read.
Had to reduce my review from 3 stars to 2 as the app is basically useless. Doesnt provide journey information, social media, nothing that it should. The only thing that does work it the auto delay repay page

Have you so noticed that the train timetable changes each year to allow c2c a few extra minutes each year to ensure their timetable is immaculate? Isn't it funny how 30 years ago it took a train 30 minutes to get from fenchurch street to Benfleet on a fast train whereas these days it takes 40 minutes. No wonder we have a system that is better that the Swiss railway, we just give them an extra 33% more time to compete the journey!!!! Update.... Their communication and customer service sucks.

Very badly designed. Can't find arrivals and departures for the right station and at one point it didn't even recognise London
The app crashes whenever starting up now. Would give it zero stars if possible.
Incredibly slow load times. Effectively non functional. Far slower than just googling info so basically a pointless app
Used to work fine until the last revision. Now it doesn't work at all. Bit like the service since the new owners took over. Patchy.
Well after working for a month the new update broke it again. You guys heard of a thing called testing?
Has now stopped working. I guess latest update is broken as app doesn't even open.

New update is crap
What an useless app. Can't even login. No explanation as to why you can't just sits there. Thus update was for Android 7. Nope does not work. When you go finally get it working for Android 7 let us know. In the meantime will continue using the National Rail swift and accurate.

Used to work, but slowly. Last few weeks it has been stuck in a loop at launch. Really poor, signing in to your account on the mobile site isn't particularly easy or convenient, I often have to request the desktop one. All in all, that combined with an app that doesn't work makes for a very poor user experience. Glad to see my £3444 a year going to good use - clearly the annual increase in ticket prices isn't enough to pay developers that know what they are doing or to provide customers with a decent experience.
The app was not great to start with and now does not work at all. It's been near enough a month and your development team can't even roll back to a previous working version, let alone fix it.
App completely useless for about two weeks now, no reaction since emailing C2C, station staff didn't know how the app worked anyway. Once again C2C failing their customers when things go wrong...
App is broken and is just stuck in an endless loop. Device team have had weeks to fix this but nothing. Use Trainline instead!
Since my previous review it was updated and worked for a few months but recent update has broken it again. Now it just gets stuck in a loading loop so completely useless again. Cleared cache and data no help. Do you not test these updates first?
An update suppose to fix the apps bugs has rendered it useless! It now does an infinite loop of loading and never properly launches

Timetable is always wrong. Can't view or purchase tickets for my Smart Card. Pointless app.
