NWSC Mobile

Well I am thankful that a government agency in Uganda does in fact use latest technology to bring services closer . But the app is too slow and cannot do certain things like estimating the bill. 1st Edit . Now the app has crashed and cannot even show me my Balance. I have written to manager and still waiting for response. 2nd edit. .App was dead for a week. Now working but still needs improvement. 1. App welcome logo is ugly. 2.Still crashes a lot. 3. Still slow

It doesn't show up to date payments which is very essential and it stores only one account, whereas if you have more than one account you have to keep putting them in manually all the time

The app has an option of paying for water direct but the feature does not actually work.

I have tried to login several times but failed.

Functional, but not yet up to the standard. We eagerly waiting for an update.

Well the functionality is on point, and it's an amazing app with a wide range of interaction. Kudos. Improvement though is needed on the User Interface Design.

Very nice app, only issue it takes sometime, like a week for a transaction to be reflected. Just fix that and we'll be good to go!

I can get what I am looking for and I absolutely love that. It keeps me connected and in touch with my NWSC account and that is really helpful. We should improve the intetface though.

Fantastic application with a lot of improvements. It can generate the statement and a bill instantly if you put in your reading. Infact you move with Water office in your phone. Everything can be done.

The app crashes at the time of signing up

App still needs some improvement, should have an option to change password, should not ask you the area again and for me it has not accepted a payment even once.

Very Good and Useful App, could give 5 stars if there was provision for Bill payment too, using the app.

I can readily view my account balance and plan to pay in time. It's very helpful.
